With the continuous development of economy,Chinese enterprises are gradually changing from the traditional labor intensive to capital intensive and technology intensive.As the representative of technology-intensive enterprises,the innovation ability of high-tech enterprises is not only its core competitiveness,but also the engine of economic growth in modern society,which plays a very important role in economic development.Technology-intensive enterprises need strong research and development capabilities to innovate.Research and development is a highly specialized activity,which depends on the professional skills and technology of core technical employees.Therefore,core technical employees are the key elements of innovation of enterprises,especially high-tech enterprises.Equity incentive can connect the employees with the long-term development of the enterprise.It is an effective incentive means to attract and retain talents,encourage innovation has a greater positive role.After The China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the Trial Measures for Equity Incentive Management of Listed Companies in 2005,equity incentive began to be gradually promoted in listed companies,and the incentive object was gradually expanded from the early management to the current core technical employees,and the scope of the incentive object was constantly expanding.This paper takes China Science and Technology Chuangda as the research sample,which is a typical representative of high-tech enterprises.It adopts the research method of Chinese theory,including literature research method,case analysis method,comparative analysis method,etc.,guided by principal-agent theory,human capital theory and technological innovation theory.Also were collected from wind database,CSMAR database as well as the tide of information network information announcement of the relevant data,this paper around the core staff to carry out the equity incentive plan and incentive effect generated by the study,found that since the implementation of equity incentive plans in kechuang enterprise innovation in such aspects as input,output and conversion are increased.Secondly,this paper analyzes the shortage of equity incentive in China Science and Technology Innovation Co.,LTD.,predicts the possible shortage of most high-tech enterprises in equity incentive,and puts forward corresponding strategies to make up for these shortages.After in-depth research,the author finally puts forward the research conclusion,namely,the equity incentive implemented by high-tech enterprises takes core employees as the main incentive object,which is conducive to the close combination of core employees’ interests and the long-term development of the enterprise,thus effectively reducing the turnover of core employees and ultimately promoting the innovation and development of the enterprise.The continuous introduction of equity incentive plans by high-tech enterprises is conducive to talent recruitment,reducing the turnover rate of core employees,arousing the enthusiasm of employees and promoting the improvement of enterprise innovation.
