Research On The Impact Of Digital Financial Inclusion On Family Entrepreneurship

2021-the key time for the 100 th anniversary of the founding of our party.In the course of struggle along the way,no matter which period,we have always put the promotion of the people’s livelihood and well-being of all Chinese people of all ethnic groups at the top of all tasks.Since the 18 th National Congress,it has been mentioned many times-the great changes that have not been seen in a century and the overall situation of the great rejuvenation strategy of the Chinese nation.In the current socio-economic development,the key task of improving the people’s livelihood and well-being of all ethnic groups and achieving inclusive growth is not only based on the development premise of the "great changes in the past century",but also one of the important manifestations of the "great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation",which is related to the "two overall situations".In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2017,it was put forward that the greatest livelihood work is to achieve people’s employment.The government work report has also given great support to people’s livelihood work in recent years,constantly ensuring the improvement of people’s livelihood,stabilizing people’s livelihood and promoting growth in the process of development.In addition,the various arbitrary and abnormal measures taken by some developed countries to curb China’s development have also added many variables and pressures to China’s economic growth and stable employment.In addition,COVID-19,which has been raging all over the world,has brought negative effects to various economies including China.There are still many uncertainties and risks.Under the background of this series of internal and external double attacks,how to solve the biggest livelihood problem of employment is particularly important and urgent.From the current national policies and the practice of economic development related to it,guiding micro subjects to start businesses is a constructive exploration scheme.More flexible forms of employment,entrepreneurship can also achieve employment,but also create more jobs.One of the preconditions of entrepreneurial activities is the need for certain financial support,so financial support plays a key role.In order to solve the problem of service exclusion in financial support,inclusive finance is proposed.The core point is whether there is equal access to financial resources.What is the role of digital Inclusive Finance and whether it can stimulate entrepreneurship? On the basis of reading,combing,analyzing and summarizing the previous literature,this paper analyzes and verifies the possible impact mechanism according to the relevant theoretical basis.Based on the logit model test,this paper takes family entrepreneurship as the dependent variable and China’s digital inclusive financial index as the independent variable.According to geographical and family characteristics,this paper studies the heterogeneous effect of digital Inclusive Finance on entrepreneurship.The conclusions are as follows: 1、from the overall indicators of digital Inclusive Finance and the sub index of digital Inclusive Finance,the development of digital Inclusive Finance significantly encourages family entrepreneurial behavior.2、In different dimensions,the depth of use has the greatest incentive effect on family entrepreneurship,the coverage is small,and the degree of digitization has a reverse effect.3、This effect is more effective on vulnerable groups;Compared with the eastern and central regions,digital Inclusive Finance has the greatest incentive effect on entrepreneurship in the western region,which reflects the practical significance of digital Inclusive Finance to achieve inclusive growth.4、Credit constraints and venture capital play an intermediary role in the process of digital Inclusive Finance affecting family entrepreneurial activities.Therefore,we should continue to promote the incentives for mass entrepreneurship to a wider coverage and deeper reach in all regions of China through digital Inclusive Finance,improve the financial availability of different groups,provide strong support for entrepreneurship for vulnerable groups and regions,achieve inclusive growth and promote the well-being of people’s livelihood.
