Abstract/Summary:
With the advocacy of my country’s dual-cycle strategic pattern and the implementation of "The Belt and Road" Initiative,the knowledge management practice of employees of multinational companies is more important.In recent years,scholars in the field of knowledge management have paid great attention to the topic of knowledge hiding,but most of them are concerned about the behavior of knowledge hiding between employees,rarely involving the behavior of leader knowledge hiding,and few scholars have linked the two to carry out Research.Therefore,this paper aims to explore how leader knowledge hiding affects employee knowledge hiding,and introduces team interpersonal trust as a mediating variable.At the same time,this paper argues that in the context of different team task dependencies,leader knowledge hiding has different effects on team interpersonal trust,so the team task dependency is used as a moderating variable to adjust the relationship between the two.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on 228 employees from a multinational company in China,and uses SPSS26.0 and AMOS24.0 to analyze the data.The results show that leader knowledge hiding will lead to employee knowledge hiding,and team interpersonal trust is between the two.It plays a partial mediating role;and the moderating effect of team task dependence between leader knowledge hiding and team interpersonal trust also passes the significance test.
