| A new round of scientific and technological information revolution triggered profound changes in the world economy starting at 2021.China’s economy has reached new heights,the proportion of service industry in GDP was further increased,and the consulting service industry played an increasingly important role in the economy.The integrated application of science and technology consulting enterprises with Internet,big data and other technologies can provide customers with comprehensive,accurate,efficient,real-time and intelligent decision support services.In turn,information technology has also changed the business model and value creation path of science and technology consulting enterprises.Scientific and technological consulting enterprises are usually knowledge intensive enterprises,and their core competitiveness mainly comes from human capital,customer relationship and brand effect.These factors are difficult to reflect and quantify in the evaluation process of traditional evaluation methods-cost method,market method and income approach,which may cause the value of science and technology consulting enterprises to be exaggerated or underestimated.Therefore,there is an urgent need for appraisal institutions to find methods that can reasonably evaluate the value of science and technology consulting enterprises.Firstly,by collecting relevant literature,this paper defines the definition,business model and value source of scientific and technological consulting.Secondly,it constructs the value evaluation system of science and technology consulting enterprises,and screens the indicators through principal component analysis and correlation test.Finally,through the collected index data of 60 sample enterprises,the GRNN neural network evaluation model is constructed and tested,and the GRNN neural network evaluation model for science and technology consulting enterprises is obtained.At the same time,through case analysis,this paper compares the evaluation results obtained by GRNN neural network evaluation model and enterprise free cash flow method,which further highlights the accuracy and objectivity of GRNN neural network evaluation model.The structure of this paper is as follows: the research background,research content and technical route of this paper.The first chapter defines the definition of scientific and technological consulting,clarifies the value connotation of scientific and technological consulting enterprises,and analyzes whether the traditional approaches can work.In the second chapter,by combing the relevant literature,this paper constructs the value evaluation indicators of the enterprises,and selects the important indicators through principal component analysis and correlation test.In the third chapter,this paper constructs the evaluation model of science and technology consulting enterprises by using the index data screened by 60 sample enterprises and introducing GRNN neural network model.The fourth chapter is case analysis,which compares the evaluation results of the evaluation model based on GRNN neural network and the free cash flow evaluation model.In this paper,the construction of value sources and evaluation indicators of science and technology consulting enterprises,and the improvement and perfection of evaluation methods can help appraisers better understand its value formation in practice,and use mathematical models to complete the evaluation of the value of science and technology consulting enterprises.To some extent,it provides new evaluation methods and ideas for the evaluation practice of science and technology consulting enterprises. |
