of economic development in both developed and developing countries.In recent years,with the popularity of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" in China,new startups have sprung up like mushrooms after a rain.Although my country is vigorously promoting entrepreneurship and promoting the vigorous development of entrepreneurship,and its entrepreneurial environment ranks among the top in the world,it must be seen that the current success rate of entrepreneurship in my country is very low,far less than that of developed countries such as Europe and the United States.Therefore,new startups can implement entrepreneurial improvisation,seize opportunities and respond to threats immediately,so as to gain competitive advantages and improve corporate performance,but there are also views that deny the positive impact of improvisation on corporate performance.Moreover,today’s market competition is extremely fierce,various factors are intertwined,production and operation are changing rapidly,and the external environment shows a high degree of uncertainty.Faced with such an environment,whether new ventures can improve corporate performance by implementing improvised behaviors deserves further research,and The internal relationship mechanism between the two needs to be further explored.Routine is the core and primary engine of an organization’s operation,and it is the fundamental means for an organization to complete its work and achieve its goals.Organizational conventions provide enterprises with process rules,behavior concepts,etc.,which enhance the ability to deal with problems and help improve enterprise performance.Based on this,this paper introduces organizational convention as a mediating variable.At the same time,the development of any enterprise is closely related to its living environment,especially for new start-up enterprises,the congenital defects of "small" and "new" make them more vulnerable to the influence of the environment.In the new era,the complex and changeable environment has become an important factor affecting the production and operation of enterprises,and the choice of corporate strategies and tactics also needs to be adjusted according to the specific environment.Therefore,this paper regards environmental uncertainty as the relationship between entrepreneurial improvisation and corporate performance.Moderator.It is worth noting that organizational routines in different environments often have large differences.In order to explore the relationship between them,this paper uses environmental uncertainty as a moderating variable between entrepreneurial improvisation and organizational routines.This study believes that ambidextrous entrepreneurial improvisation can effectively reflect the complementary and synergistic effects between the two improvisational behaviors.By sorting out and reviewing relevant literature,based on the organizational ambidextrous theory and resourcebased theory,enterprises established within 8 years are taken as the research object.,constructed the theoretical framework of ambidextrous entrepreneurial improvisation,organizational routines,new venture performance and environmental uncertainty,put forward research hypotheses,and used SPSS and Amos to process the data to verify the hypotheses put forward in this paper,and get the following conclusions Conclusion:(1)Two dimensions of ambidextrous entrepreneurial improvisation,developmental entrepreneurial improvisation and exploratory entrepreneurial improvisation,have a positive impact on the performance of new ventures respectively;(2)Two dimensions of ambidextrous entrepreneurial improvisation,developmental entrepreneurial improvisation and exploration Entrepreneurial improvisation has a positive impact on organizational routines;(3)Organizational routines have a positive impact on new venture performance;(4)The impact path of organizational routines on new venture performance in the two dimensions of ambidextrous entrepreneurial improvisation(5)Environmental uncertainty has no significant moderating effect on the relationship between the two dimensions of ambidextrous entrepreneurial improvisation and the performance of new ventures;(6)Environmental uncertainty has no significant effect on the two dimensions of ambidextrous entrepreneurial improvisation.The moderating effect between dimensions and organizational routine is not significant;(7)Environmental uncertainty does not positively moderate the mediating role of organizational routine between ambidextrous entrepreneurial improvisation and new venture performance.The results of this study enrich the research on ambidextrous entrepreneurial improvisation and the performance of new ventures,and help Chinese new ventures to recognize the important role of entrepreneurial improvisation in the current context,and to actively implement developmental and exploratory entrepreneurial improvisation.This paper explores the mediating role of organizational routines between ambidextrous entrepreneurial improvisation and new venture performance,enriching entrepreneurial management theory.At the same time,environmental uncertainty is also an important variable,which is discussed in depth. |
