China’s great victory in poverty eradication has not only created the "Chinese miracle",but also provided the global poverty reduction cause with experience to draw on.Under this premise,how to tell our poverty eradication story to the world,actively build a poverty eradication discourse system common to both Chinese and foreign audiences,and respond to the concerns of Western public opinion should be the key content to be explored in future foreign propaganda work.This paper takes the graduation work of an in-depth report "Running for Well-being Together — Wangjiachan’s Rural Revitalization Story" as a research vehicle,and takes Wangjiachan Village,which successfully escaped poverty through developing rural tourism in 2020,as a research case,and analyzes China’s through such methods as literature research,case study,content research,and field research to study the creation techniques of Chinese poverty alleviation stories and further explore the strategies of foreign communication of Chinese poverty alleviation stories.With the theoretical perspectives of inter-subjectivity,inter-mediality,inter-textuality and inter-culturality,we strengthen the planning work of the creation of the in-depth report "Running for Well-being Together — Wangjiachan’s Rural Revitalization Story" in the early stage.In the middle stage,guaranteeing the multidimensionality of the interview perspective,valuing the differences between the subjects,enhance the understanding and identification between subjects through the diversity of interview subjects,improve the comprehensiveness of interview contents to form the interaction between interviewers and interviewees,and break the limitation between media through diversified interview methods.In the creation of the report,we lay emphasis on cross-cultural integration to create communication contents that meet the needs of the audience,seek sameness among subjects and enhance subject immersion through situational depiction to facilitate audience understanding.At the same time,we employ both pictures and audio-visuals in the reporting text to enhance the mutual penetration and integration between media,as well as adopt bilingual reporting methods and focus on the intertextuality between texts to ensure that the discourse system promoting China’s institutional advantages can be understood and accepted by Western audiences.On this premise,we further argue that we should further enhance the foreign communication ability of China’s poverty alleviation stories by strengthening intersubject interaction to ensure the diversity of communication subjects,enhancing the civilianization of communication contents through inter-textual inter-construction,and innovating foreign communication methods through inter-media integration.
