Intelligent manufacturing is an advanced stage and inevitable result of the development of manufacturing automation and digitalization,and its development and application are of great significance for changing the traditional production mode,reducing production costs,improving production efficiency,and enhancing the core competitiveness of the manufacturing industry.In the intelligent manufacturing environment,equipment is rapidly developing in the direction of automation and intelligence,and gradually becomes the core key element of the enterprise production system,and the impact of the operating state of the equipment on the entire production system is crucial.Predictive maintenance is based on the results of equipment status detection and fault diagnosis,guiding the precautionary maintenance measures to ensure the high availability of intelligent manufacturing equipment and production units,which is an advanced strategy for intelligent manufacturing equipment maintenance management.This thesis takes CRRC Times Electric CO.,LTD as an example to study the issue of equipment predictive maintenance management during the implementation of intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation.Combined with the current situation of enterprise intelligent manufacturing system and equipment maintenance management system,this thesis is based on the theory of intelligent manufacturing system and equipment failure prediction and health management theory,and takes the current situation of equipment predictive maintenance management in the core factory of enterprises as specific cases.It applies process method and questionnaire survey to diagnose the problems existing in the predictive maintenance management of intelligent manufacturing equipment,through the literature research method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method and diagnostic research method.By drawing on the relevant standards and research results of predictive maintenance of intelligent manufacturing equipment,the causes of predictive maintenance management problems of enterprise equipment are analyzed from different dimensions of process management elements,and the optimization scheme of predictive maintenance management of equipment is proposed in a targeted manner.At the same time,it fully identifies the potential risks of the enterprise’s implementation of the optimization plan and proposes management safeguard measures.The research conclusion of this thesis is mainly to diagnose the problems existing in the five dimensions of equipment predictive maintenance management for intelligent manufacturing in the input and output requirements and interface relationship,professional maintenance human resource management,system software and hardware resource allocation,process system and technical specifications and performance evaluation indicators of management,and put forward system optimization schemes,and improve the standardized mode of predictive maintenance management of equipment that adapts to the actual development of enterprises.At the same time,it proposes safeguard measures from five aspects: the top-level design of enterprise production and operation management,the allocation of professional human resources for higher-level maintenance technology,the allocation of system resources in a step-by-step implementation,the management of data and information security and the informatization of business processes.
