Benefit Analysis And Realization Path Research Of Landscape And Village Integrationa Model Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the rural vitalisation strategy in 2017,the development of the countryside has received unprecedented attention.The “No.1 central document” for 2022 once again emphasises the rural vitalisation strategy,and doing a solid and orderly job in the key work of rural development,rural construction and rural governance,and promoting new progress in rural vitalization and a new step in the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.The integration of landscape and village is a rural vitalization model with ecological construction,improvement of living quality and efficient use of resources as its core.Through the interconnection and interaction of rural living space,rural landscape and rural industry,it optimizes the rural space for production,living and ecology,and creates a joint construction and sharing space for developing that is suitable for living,industry and tourism,providing a new approach for realizing rural vitalization.This thesis takes the integration of landscape and village as an effective model to promote rural vitalization,and makes qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis respectively.Firstly,reviewing and working through the relevant literature and theories,and clarifying the conceptual connotation and dynamic mechanism of the landscape and village integration model,and explaining the realization mechanism of the landscape and village integration model to promote rural vitalization: Achieving the goal of ecological protection through improving ecological landscape and green production;Promoting economic development through promoting diversification of rural industries and broadening income sources;Promoting rural social progress through promoting diverse governance,revitalizing culture,and enriching villagers’ spiritual and cultural life.Secondly,based on the data of 379 villages in Shandong Province in 2020,conducting descriptive analysis and difference analysis.A propensity score matching model(PSM)for the benefits of the landscape and village integration model was established,using nearest neighbor matching,radius matching,kernel matching,local linear regression matching and Markov matching to verify the benefits of the integration of landscape and village,and perform sensitivity analysis to ensure the robustness of the results.The research results show that:(1)Through heteroscedasticity t-test and chi square test,it is found that there are significant differences between scenic village fusion villages and non scenic village fusion villages in rural environment,rural facilities,rural industry,joint construction and sharing etc.(2)Average treatment effect of the treated(ATT)of the landscape and village integration model on comprehensive benefits is significant.Compared with the other villages,the integration of landscape and village will increase the overall benefits of the village by 18.9%,and the upper bound of the significance of Wilcoxon’s signed rank test is greater than 0.05 until Γ is 3.4,indicating that the result is reliable.(3)The landscape and village integration model has a significant positive impact on social,economic and ecological benefits.Thirdly,in order to give better play to the role of the landscape and village integration model in promoting rural vitalization,this thesis constructs the implementation path of the landscape and village integration model from four aspects:creating rural characteristic landscape,maintaining the original rural ecology integrity of the village,stimulating rural cultural vitality and optimizing rural industrial structure.Finally,from the policy level,policy suggestions such as strengthening the guidance of ideas,enhancing the vitality of internal subjects and attracting the participation of social forces are proposed.
