With the advent of the 5G era,the three operators jointly launched the 5G commercial package on October 31,2019 and officially opened it on November 1.Another competition among the three operators began.The official launch of 5G commercial package marks the arrival of a new era of traffic operation.Since 2017,in order to implement the national policy of increasing speed and reducing fees,the three operators have cancelled voice roaming fees,and then cancelled traffic roaming fees in 2018.The competition among the three operators has become more and more fierce.With the cancellation of roaming charges,the profits of operators are gradually declining.Operators are not only facing the competition between operators,but also facing the competition of brother companies in different provinces and cities within the same operator.Good service and high-quality network have become important factors to maintain customer relations.The construction and promotion of 5G network will be an era of sharp increase in traffic business.Especially with the development of new technologies such as mobile Internet,cloud computing and Internet of things,data resources have shown explosive growth and improved data density.Compared with the three major operators,China Mobile has the largest user group in China and rich user data resources.At present,the credit evaluation of users by operators mostly stays in the traditional business analysis model of average monthly call fee,network age and number of arrears and downtime.In the unprecedented data wave,the user traffic business has increased dramatically,and the user consumption structure has changed greatly.The user classification based on the traditional business model may no longer adapt to the promotion of marketing business.Based on the usage of mobile user traffic business,this paper re establishes a layered service system based on the usage of user traffic business.The model uses classification decision algorithm,cluster analysis and other means to mine and analyze the usage of user traffic,and obtain new user group classification information.The model has the characteristics of simple implementation and precision marketing.It avoids the problems that the original model can not mine potential users,update target users in real time and improve operating revenue due to the change of user consumption behavior.It is an effective means to face the current form of competition.In 2021,operators will fully promote 5G business.Traffic business marketing is bound to be the key marketing business of major operators and another battle for the three operators to carve up the market.Data mining and analysis based on users’traffic usage habits involves a set of user classification models that keep pace with the times to help mobile operators take differentiated services and marketing measures for different levels of users,which can further improve the operation ability,so as to maintain old customers,develop high-quality customers,improve customer satisfaction and reduce user arrears,Tap potential user groups and improve the competitiveness of operators.
