After China’s GDP exceeds 100 trillion yuan in 2020,China has higher requirements on the quality of economic growth.With the arrival of the demographic dividend to talent dividend era,enterprises will face increasingly fierce market competition,the battle for talent dividend has officially started,and core talent is an important factor for enterprises to create competitive advantages and achieve sustainable development.Therefore,the competition among enterprises has gradually evolved from the competition of core technological advantages to the competition of talents,attracting and retaining talents and how to develop talent strategic plan are the main battlefield of the future competition of enterprises.Therefore,for the first time in this paper,factors related to people,per capita profit margin and per capita salary are included in stock selection factors.A good per capita profit margin index can reflect an enterprise’s advantage in revenue,and this revenue advantage is after the elimination of scale advantage.Profitability index evaluation is on the basis of the enterprise income,further filter out the industry profit margins have the core competitiveness of enterprises,the average profit margin of high and low can illustrate how much the profits of an enterprise not only,also can further explain enterprise competitiveness in the market environment of people-oriented,avoid the select profitable enterprises mainly labor-intensive industries,Enhance the ability to select high-quality development enterprises.Per capita salary can largely reflect the advantages of an enterprise in human resources.Enterprises with salary advantages in the same industry will attract talents in the long run,and the inflow of excellent talents will improve the overall core competitiveness of the enterprise.In this paper,under the background of the listed company profitability and per capita pay two indicators into stock selection factors,factors effectiveness is verified by scoring method,regression analysis and screening,eliminate long factor,build reasonable stock pool,this paper will pay per capita,per capita profit margin index choose a strategy of accumulated earnings compared with nearly 3 years in Shanghai and shenzhen 300 index performance,Results show that in per capita pay,per capita profit margins of many factor to choose a strategy annualized yield reached 33.74%,the sharpe ratio is 1.01,can prove that the excess return,the respect such as annual revenue performance is better than that of nearly three years the csi 300 index,and included in the compensation per person,per capita profit margin index factor stock selection model is proved effective,The selected factor character has strong validity and reliability.The research of this paper not only has theoretical research value,but also has certain practical significance.
