With the current booming development of China’s social economy and the increase of people’s demand for living standards,the Chinese people’s need for agricultural and sideline products,food and other commodities is also increasing,and people also put forward higher demand for the quality and safety of commodities.As these products are directly related to human health,especially fresh and perishable agricultural products,the construction of the whole cold chain logistics system for transportation and storage is crucial.China’s cold chain logistics industry started later than developed countries and is lagging behind in terms of construction experience and operation management.At present,it is only gradually increasing in terms of total volume,but the demand for cold chain transportation quality still has a large upside.Although the cold chain transportation in China was still at the early stage of development,with the accelerated progress of urbanization,the demand for the circulation of agricultural products is getting higher and higher,and for fresh agricultural products,the logistics and distribution system based on cold chain is very important,and even irreplaceable role.Before the establishment of the logistics park,the first issue to be dealt with is the scale of the logistics park.Having a reasonable scale,the cold chain logistics integrated industrial park can operate normally,so the issue of determining the scale of the cold chain logistics integrated industrial park should be studied specifically.This thesis first describes the basic situation of Heze Lingang Cold Chain Logistics Park,outlines the current situation of research on cold chain logistics park and scale,introduces the relevant theories,defines the relevant concepts,and compares the existing common methods for determining the scale of logistics park construction.The thesis introduces the commonly used methods for determining the scale of logistics parks,analyzes their advantages and disadvantages,and finally selects the parameter method,space-time consumption method and functional zoning method as the means of scale determination research,and obtains relevant parameters and basic data through survey method,literature research method and case study method.Then this thesis divides the scale of cold chain logistics integrated industrial park into operation scale,scale of each functional area and total scale of the park,and analyzes and interprets the concepts and influencing factors of the three scales.This thesis establishes the operation scale model by using the parametric method to determine the operation scale,calculates the scale of each functional area by combining the time-space consumption method and the functional zoning method,sums up to obtain the operation scale of the park,and then compares the operation scale calculated by the parametric method with each other to determine whether the results are credible;finally,by improving the parametric method,the total scale of the park is calculated by using the credible operation scale.By analyzing and summarizing the existing research results,this study has obtained an idea and method that is applicable to the subject of this study and has certain general applicability,which provides a reference and reference for the subsequent research on the scale analysis of the construction of domestic cold chain logistics integrated industrial park.
