Research On The Evolution Of The Open Business Model Of Intelligent Manufacturing Enterprises In The Innovation Network Environment

Innovation is the first driving force for the evolution of business models.But the limited internal resources of enterprises mean that enterprises cannot use their own resources for longterm innovation activities.And external resources have become an significant way for enterprises to obtain long-term competitive advantages.The development of information technologies has further promoted the connection between innovation entities and provided favorable factors for intelligent manufacturing enterprises to build innovation networks.At the same time,the development of information technologies and the demand for innovation have had a subversive impact on the business model of intelligent manufacturing enterprises.Existing studies focus on the evolution mechanism of a single enterprise’s business model under different temporal and spatial conditions,ignoring the role of external entities.However,with the rapid development of the sharing economy,the evolution of business models based on innovation network has become a new focus.This thesis will take the Haier HOPE platform,a resource sharing platform under the intelligent manufacturing enterprise Haier Group,as an example,using a single case study method with interviews,direct observations and other materials to place intelligent manufacturing enterprises in an innovation network environment,and take open innovation as the start to discuss the stage characteristics and mechanism of the evolution of the open business model of intelligent manufacturing enterprises.The research of this thesis shows that with open innovation as the start,the innovation network can play a certain catalytic role in the evolution of the open business model of intelligent manufacturing enterprises,and provide external resource support for the value innovation of intelligent manufacturing enterprises.Second,according to the circulation process of the value chain,the evolution of the open business model of intelligent manufacturing enterprises is divided into value insight,value co-creation and value sharing.And the users’ demand,technological innovation and benefit coordination are the main characteristics.Third,the role mechanism of each innovation activity subject in the evolution of the open business model has been analyzed.
