In 2002,the World Bank established the Doing Business International Project Steering Group and since 2003 has launched the annual Doing Business Global Report,which provides an objective assessment of the business environment and development of the world’s major economies,not only as a reference for multinational enterprises worldwide,but also as a basis for other national or local governments to formulate relevant policies.Because of its objectivity,authenticity and broad scope,the report has gained increasing recognition and attention from government departments and companies around the world,and has become the most authoritative academic report on assessing the state of a country’s business environment.The Doing Business in the World report uses a variety of indicators to provide a comprehensive picture of how difficult it is for companies to do business in a particular location,and the Doing Business in the World report on electricity is one of the main indicators of Doing Business in the World.Based on the CG power supply company where the author works and under the background of comprehensively optimizing the power business environment,this thesis takes customer satisfaction as the entry point to establish a customer satisfaction evaluation model.The expert scoring method was used to grade and grade the key indicators.After summarizing and sorting,fuzzy analytic hierarchy Process(FAHP)was used to calculate the weight.Through online in various forms in the area under its jurisdiction customer sampling investigation,collect the customer evaluation opinions in the form of scale,the effective questionnaires import SPSS system for data analysis,the reliability and validity of defined level fuzzy evaluation,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to the various index,finally it is concluded that the key factors affecting customer satisfaction scores.Puting forward suggestions to improve customer satisfaction through scoring and collecting questions in daily work.
