Research On Cost Control Based On Smart Supply Chain

With the intensification of competition in the household electrical appliance industry,enterprises have higher and higher requirements for cost control,and the progress of science and technology has also prompted the traditional supply chain to evolve along the path of automation,integration,intellectualization and visualization.Smart supply chain provides a modern new mode and path for the cost control of home appliance enterprises.Studying the cost control based on smart supply chain is very important for the home appliance industry to enhance its core competitiveness.In this thesis,literature research,case analysis and comparative analysis are used to deeply study the cost control problem based on intelligent supply chain.On the basis of theoretical analysis,taking the home appliance industry in manufacturing industry as the research object,this thesis generally analyzes the current situation of cost control in the industry.By comparing the industry cost rate,it is found that the high proportion of cost in the home appliance industry affects the profitability of enterprises,and it also reflects that the cost control ability of the home appliance industry needs to be further improved.Combined with the current situation of smart supply chain application in home appliance industry at home and abroad,it is found that there are some problems in the home appliance industry at present,such as low degree of intelligent supply chain and weak systematization of smart supply chain application.On the basis of the overall analysis of the industry,this thesis selects Midea Group as a typical case,expounds the cost structure and characteristics of the enterprise in detail,and then analyzes the cost control measures of Midea Group based on the intelligent supply chain: by implementing VMI inventory management mode and T+3 order mode,the enterprise sorts out and integrates all the processes of the supply chain,reducing the inventory cost and production cost;Through the establishment of Andezhilian,an end-to-end digital intelligent supply chain was built,which reduced logistics expenditure and optimized R&D investment.At the same time,the problems of cost control based on intelligent supply chain are also found,including the degree of intelligence needs to be improved,the application of intelligent supply chain system is not complete enough,and there are hidden dangers in cost control.There is a high degree of consistency between the common problems of industries and the individual problems of case enterprises,that is,the supply chain is not intelligent,systematic and scientific.Through theoretical analysis,industry analysis and case analysis,this thesis puts forward some suggestions to speed up the intelligent construction of the supply chain and optimize the cost control points,aiming at the cost control problem of the household appliance industry based on the intelligent supply chain.This thesis clarifies the main problems existing in the application of smart supply chain in home appliance industry,and constructs a new cost control mode based on smart supply chain,which provides a new paradigm and new path for home appliance enterprises to use smart supply chain for cost control,and provides a useful reference for home appliance industry to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
