| With the continuous rise of labor costs in China,coupled with the competitive environment of the industry,the non differentiation of products and services and the increase of alternative products,the development of the catering industry began to show a downward trend year by year,and many catering enterprises were at the zero point of profit and loss or even at a loss.Due to the low entry threshold of the catering industry,it is vulnerable to the impact of the external environment,resulting in unpredictable market conditions.In particular,in 2020,novel coronavirus led to the overall depression of the catering industry.As a service-oriented enterprise,the service and quality level of employees has a direct impact on the performance of catering enterprises.Employee performance appraisal is an effective means to improve the service and quality level of employees.Based on the Balanced Scorecard theory,this paper provides suggestions for the optimization of performance appraisal of a catering enterprise,and provides a targeted reference basis for the research of appraisal management and other human resource management of the enterprise.By continuously strengthening the research in this field,improve the service standard and quality of a catering enterprise,help the improvement of enterprise performance appraisal level,and provide reference for the improvement of performance appraisal in the same industry.This paper takes a catering enterprise as the research object.According to the development characteristics of catering enterprises,through the analysis of the current situation of enterprise performance management,this paper finds out the problems in the existing performance appraisal system,such as the lack of scientific quantification of performance appraisal indicators,the lack of fairness of performance appraisal process,the lack of communication and feedback system of performance appraisal,and the insufficient application of performance appraisal results.This paper believes that the main reasons for these problems are: the decoupling between performance appraisal and performance,the lack of understanding of appraisal,the low correlation between appraisal and return,and the unprofessional executor of performance appraisal.Based on the strategy of a catering enterprise,with the help of the balanced scorecard,in line with the optimization principle of maximizing customer value and win-win between employees and the enterprise,build an overall performance appraisal system,and improve the performance appraisal indicators,processes,communication and feedback,result application and other aspects.Finally,strengthen the construction of corporate culture,improve the organization guarantee mechanism,improve the relevant system guarantee Improve the efficiency of information system and other aspects,and put forward the implementation guarantee for the optimization of performance appraisal system of a catering enterprise. |
