Research On The Profit Quality Evaluation Of SF Express Holding Co.,Ltd

With the rapid development of e-commerce,the express delivery industry has also grown rapidly.At present,the express delivery industry is transforming from rapid growth to high-quality development.Enterprise profit quality is an important content of the high-quality development of enterprises.Profit quality analysis can reveal the quality problems behind the quantity of profit,and provide a basis for the formulation of enterprise development strategy.The paper takes SF Holding Co.,Ltd.as the research object,analyzes its profit quality,finds the existing problems,and puts forward measures to improve the profit quality of SF Holding,so as to improve the profit quality of SF Holding and improve the operation and management level.First of all,through the comparative analysis of the indicators of Yuan Tong Express,Shentong Express,Yunda Co.and Deppon Express.we found that SF Holding Co.,Ltd.has poor profitability,good continuity,poor cash performance and general growth.Secondly,from the five aspects of profit authenticity,profit-making,sustainability,cash collection and growth,10 indicators were selected by using the main component analysis method to form the profit quality evaluation index system.Then,the entropy method was used to determine the index weight,and the comprehensive score of the five A-share listed express companies was obtained,which determined the status of SF Holding Co.,Ltd.in the industry,and found that SF Holding Co.,Ltd.ranked low.Finally,based on the analysis that has been made,recommendations are made to improve the earnings quality of SF Holdings Co.by strengthening cost control,strengthening the management of accounts receivable,accelerating talent training,increasing investment in corporate innovation,optimizing the capital structure,improving the quality of the company’s assets,and improving the system related to the shell listing by the relevant departments.
