With the advent of VUCA era,China’s economy has changes.The traditional pyramidal organizational structure has been unable to respond quickly in the rapidly changing environment,and the flattening,decentralization and platformization of organizational structure have become the new development trend.If enterprises want to maintain sustainable development in the economic tide,then enterprise managers should choose a more reasonable leadership style.As an emerging leadership style,platform leadership can well adapt to the requirements of enterprise development in the new era.It is favored in the academic field and pursued in management practice.Platform leadership,as a new leadership style of self-limiting,equality,mutual assistance and empowerment,plays an important role in promoting employee voice behavior in organizations.Although platform leadership has a crucial impact on the development and living environment of Chinese enterprises in the new era,the research on platform leadership in China is in its infancy,relevant empirical research is relatively lacking.In addition,in the context of Chinese culture,people are modest and introverted,and tend to be silent.Therefore,it is of practical significance to explore the influence mechanism of platform leadership on employee voice behavior.Therefore,literature research method,questionnaire survey method,data analysis method;Based on social cognition theory.platform leadership,psychological empowerment.leading member exchange and employee voice behavior were selected as research variables to construct a research model,and mature scales widely recognized by academia were selected to develop questionnaires.A total of 571 valid questionnaires were collected.SPSS25.0 and Mplus7 data analysis software were used for empirical analysis and hypothesis testing.This study enriches the empirical research on the applicability and effectiveness of platform leadership in the Context of China.Expanding the research perspective of the mechanism of platform leadership:The mediation mechanism and boundary condition of the model are enriched.In management practice,from the individual level of employees,it provides a new way to promote employee voice behavior,and at the same time provides theoretical support for improving enterprise management.This study mainly draws the following conclusions:first,platform leadership and its five dimensions of sharing altruism,interaction and cooperation,incubation of makers,self-transformation and empowerment can effectively promote employee voice behavior;Secondly,psychological empowerment plays a mediating role between platform leadership and employee voice behavior.Thirdly,leader-member exchange can strengthen the influence of psychological authorization on employee voice behavior and play a moderating role between them.Based on the above research conclusions,this study puts forward the following management implications:first,adapt to the trend of The Times,change management thinking,and attach importance to the value of platform leadership;Second,pay attention to employees’ mental health,pay attention to their inner feelings,and strengthen their perception of psychological authorization;Third,create a harmonious organizational atmosphere,establish an efficient communication mechanism,comprehensively strengthen communication,promote the establishment of a good interactive relationship between leaders and employees,and promote the effectiveness of voice behavior.
