| With the vigorous development of the market economy,the per capita disposable income of residents is increasing,and now is facing the third consumption upgrade,our medical beauty industry has been unprecedented development.The broad prospects of the industry make the investment demand for medical beauty enterprises continue to rise,and mergers and acquisitions occur frequently in the industry.When evaluating the value of a company,the most common methods are cost method,market method and income method.According to the asset evaluation report disclosed by the SSE,most of the current domestic enterprise valuation is carried out by cost,income and other methods,and market methods are rare.But in the use of market method,because of its simple way of evaluation,and can directly obtain the evaluation index from the market,which better reflects its current market situation,so it is more easily accepted by all parties.In the past,our country did not use the market method much,but the theoretical basis has been relatively perfect.However,there are still several problems in the application of the current market approach in our country.Firstly,when selecting comparable companies,there is a strong subjectivity and randomness in the definition of comparable companies,and there is no unified and clear quantitative standard.Secondly,the singleness of the choice of value multipliers and when we use multiple value multipliers,we just simply add them up,which ignores the relevance of the multipliers and other issues,may cause a large error in the evaluation results.This paper mainly studies the application of the improved market approach in the evaluation of the value of medical beauty enterprises.Firstly,it introduces the related theories.Secondly,the defects of the traditional market method are expounded and improved from two aspects,one is the use of gray relational analysis,the other is the use of principal component analysis to improve the value multiplier.Finally,this paper selects the representative companies in the medical beauty industry,and uses the improved market method to evaluate the value of the enterprise on the base date,and compares it with the results of the traditional market method and the overall value of the enterprises on the base date disclosed in the annual report of the enterprises to verify whether the improved market method has advantages in the evaluation of the medical cosmetology enterprises. |
