Electric power enterprises are important livelihood enterprises in my country,and the healthy and stable development of electric power enterprises is of great significance to the whole society.In recent years,although my country’s risk management has made great progress,it is still in the initial stage of development in electric power enterprises.For power enterprises,the most research on risk management is safety production,and there are still deficiencies in the research and practice of systematic risk management.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to systematically study the risk management of electric power enterprises and build a perfect risk management system to help enterprises better cope with various risks and thereby improve the operating efficiency of enterprises.This thesis takes L power plant as the research object,carries out systematic risk analysis on L power plant,and tries to establish a risk management system that conforms to the actual situation of the enterprise.Through the field investigation and research of L power plant,the risk management history,current situation and existing problems of L power plant are analyzed in detail.The study found that L power plant has not established a risk management system,and there is no independent department to carry out risk management work.On this basis,this paper uses the Delphi method and according to the survey opinions,the main types of risks faced by L power plant are divided into three categories:safety production risk factors,operation environment risk factors,and operation and management risk factors.Among them,safety production factors include human risk factors,machine risk factors,material risk factors,legal risk factors,environmental risk factors;operational environmental risk factors include economic risk factors,policy and legal risk factors,strategic risk factors,Social responsibility risk factors;operation and management risk factors include internal control and audit risk factors,financial risk factors,marketing risk factors,and environmental protection risk factors.Then,combined with the actual production and operation status of L power plant,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of each risk factor of L power plant by using the combination of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.And using the data of the questionnaire survey,the analysis draws the conclusion that the risk management level of L power plant is"general".Among the above three risks,the safety production risk is the most influential.Based on the research on risk management and control systems at home and abroad,Combined with the actual situation of L power plant itself,it is proposed to adapt to the risk of L power plant from six aspects:building a risk management culture in an all-round way,improving the risk management organization system,accelerating transformation and upgrading,optimizing the internal audit supervision mechanism,improving the risk management information system,and implementing a refined management system.Management suggestion:Integrate the risk management culture into the enterprise,set up a special risk management department,seize the opportunity to carry out transformation and upgrading,set up an independent internal audit department,upgrade the in-plant information system,and use the refined management system to improve the enterprise’s performance.operational level.At the same time,it is pointed out that the advantages of risk management of L power plant are talent guarantee,legal risk education guarantee and smart power plant construction guarantee.The implementation of relevant suggestions and safeguard measures will further improve the risk management system of L power plant and enhance the company’s risk management capability,thereby benefiting the company’s safety,health and long-term development.Finally,it is hoped that the risk coping strategies and corresponding safeguard measures proposed in this thesis in line with the actual situation of L power plant can lay a foundation for the operation safety and sustainable development of L power plant,and also provide reference for the risk management of other power plants.And make theoretical contributions to enriching the research on risk management of power plants in my country.
