Research On The Value Co-creation Mechanism Of Platform-based Scientific And Technological Resource Sharing

The sharing of scientific and technological resources is an important part of the implementation of the national innovation-driven strategy and the strategy of strengthening the country through science and technology,and is also an important link in promoting the development of national science and technology and building an innovative country.Platform-based technology resource sharing is one of the common important sharing modes.In the process of sharing scientific and technological resources,there are often problems such as the participation of the main body to share the enthusiasm is not high,the efficiency of resource sharing is low.Value and value law are the implicit main lines driving the sharing of scientific and technological resources,and the value problem is the essential problem of scientific and technological resource sharing.Value co-creation is a new type of value creation theory,and its multi-subject interaction and resource integration ideas are consistent with the connotation of sharing scientific and technological resources.Taking platform-based scientific and technological resource sharing as the research object,this paper applies the value co-creation theory to the field of scientific and technological resource sharing from a new perspective,clarifies the value co-creation mechanism of platform-based scientific and technological resource sharing,proposes a value co-creation mechanism,constructs a simulation model of the value cocreation system for platform-based scientific and technological resource sharing,designs and simulates the value co-creation mechanism,and provides new ideas for solving the current resource sharing problem.Based on the relevant research literature and theory at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the value connotation of science and technology resources and their sharing,compares the differences of platform and project science and technology resource sharing mode,and analyzes the value creation problem of platform science and technology resource sharing.For clear platform of technology resource sharing value create mechanism,based on the game analysis method,build the government and the platform of science and technology resources sharing game model,and then build a platform,resource suppliers,resource demanders of science and technology resource sharing tripartite game model,to determine the main factors affecting the value of create.Based on the basis of qualitative analysis,the value co-creation mechanism of platform technology resource sharing is designed based on the mechanism design theory.With science and technology in Henan province platform as the main research object,build platform resource sharing value create system simulation model,by adjusting model parameters,simulation research value creation mechanism of the main factors of the total value,share value increment,economic benefit and social benefits,the influence of the main value create index.According to the simulation results,the model constructed in this paper can realistically simulate the value co-creation system process of platformbased scientific and technological resource sharing,and further analyze the simulation results to obtain the following conclusions: First,the operation of the value co-creation system is the result of the interaction mechanism,resource integration mechanism,power mechanism and guarantee mechanism,and the mechanisms are interrelated and there is an interactive coupling relationship.Second,according to the mechanism design theory,user satisfaction,platform influence and feedback demand information effectiveness are the main factors affecting the interaction mechanism,the quality of resource supply,resource renewal rate and resource integration are the main factors affecting the resource integration mechanism,the unit resource utilization rate and incentive measures are the main factors affecting the dynamic mechanism,and the government policy strength and financial support are the main factors affecting the guarantee mechanism.Third,the above influencing factors have a positive impact on the value co-creation effect of platformbased scientific and technological resource sharing,and different factors have different degrees of influence.Finally,based on the simulation results and combined with the current practice of sharing scientific and technological resources,effective policy suggestions are put forward to guide the practice of platform-based scientific and technological resource sharing and value co-creation,and promote the development of national science and technology and the construction of an innovative country.
