This paper studies the performance evaluation of software engineers,adopts the random forest algorithm method of machine learning,constructs index data based on the employee performance evaluation data accumulated by Lo Company for many years,uses the relevant theories of human resource management and performance evaluation to screen the evaluation indicators,and then analyzes the evaluation indicators.It is processed into a data document that can use the random forest algorithm.Finally,according to the data index of the document,the feature importance algorithm of the random forest algorithm is used for training,then obtain the weight of the index,and calculate according to the weight of each index.The employee’s overall rating.After the performance rating plan is established,the software engineers of Lo company will conduct performance evaluation trial,and analyze the evaluation results.Finally,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the implementation of Lo company’s performance evaluation plan.Combined with the company’s strategic management,performance appraisal is linked to salary and promotion,and corresponding implementation strategies and appeal mechanisms are formulated,so as to form a closed loop from employees’ daily work to the company’s strategic management.Conducive to both the company’s short-term project development and conducive to the company’s long-term development.Through the analysis of the final evaluation results,conclusions are drawn as below:(1)After using the new evaluation plan,the productivity of Lo company has been significantly improved,the BUG rate has been significantly reduced,the turnover rate has been significantly reduced,and the work enthusiasm of employees has been significantly improved;(2)from the Lo company From the perspective of the company’s micro strategic management,after the implementation of the new performance evaluation system,Lo company has been greatly improved in terms of productivity,quality assurance,team cohesion,and team combat effectiveness,which further confirms the new performance evaluation plan.(3)Summarize and analyze the evaluation results of Lo company,showing that the performance evaluation in this paper can evaluate the performance of software engineers of Lo company in a very objective,fair and fair manner;(4)According to the actual situation of Lo company,Put forward countermeasures and suggestions to ensure the implementation of the Lo company’s performance evaluation plan,establish a system to ensure the implementation of the performance plan,establish an employee feedback mechanism,and continuously optimize the performance evaluation plan.The evaluation results of this paper show that with the combined application of the random forest algorithm and performance evaluation,the efficiency and quality of Lo company’s corporate management work have been significantly improved,the cost of the company has been saved,and it is more fair and just.This paper uses random forest algorithm for evaluating the performance of software engineers of Lo company,which belongs to algorithm innovation.Through the combination of random forest algorithm and performance management,a more fair,efficient and dynamic performance evaluation scheme is constructed.
