Analysis On Development Of Roof Agriculture In Xia Men

With General Secretary Xi’s two mountain development theory of "green mountains and green waters are golden mountains and silver mountains",the construction of ecological civilization has risen to the level of national strategy,forming a green development mode and lifestyle,promoting green development and innovation,and pursuing agricultural modernization and greening.Roof agriculture is a kind of integrated industry and green way which integrates production,life,ecology and landscape.It is to plant flowers,fruits,vegetables,grains,oil and other crops in the space of the roof.Because the roof agriculture can greatly reduce the solar radiation and strong temperature,so that the room is warm in winter and cool in summer.As a new direction of urban development,the roof greening in summer is an air high-tech greening form to save urban land resources and open up urban space.As a new form of industrial economy,roof agriculture combines agricultural production,urban construction and ecological greening organically,which not only brings economic benefits and promotes sustainable development of agriculture,but also promotes the construction of sponge City,and can change the living environment of urban residents,so as to have a green and harmonious life,promote the diversification of food supply and urban education.It is of great significance to develop the industry.This research adopts the methods of literature research,case analysis,field investigation,questionnaire survey and SWOT analysis to analyze the current situation of the development of roof agriculture in Xiamen.Combined with the mature cases of the development of roof agriculture in China,it studies the problems faced by the development of roof agriculture in Xiamen.Finally,it puts forward some meaningful suggestions for the development and construction of roof agriculture in Xiamen.The results are as follows:1.From the ecological,economic and social benefits of roof agriculture,the paper analyzes the significance of roof agriculture in promoting food diversification,energy conservation and emission reduction,sponge city and other aspects of Xiamen city construction.2.The restrictive factors of the development of roof agriculture in Xiamen include:(1)the subjective understanding of the residents is not enough;(2)the economic factor is one of the important factors restricting the development of roof agriculture in Xiamen;(3)the construction technology has an important influence on the development of roof agriculture in Xiamen;(4)the lack of effective management mode is the restrictive factor of the development of roof agriculture in Xiamen;(5)the government Policy support is not enough,science and publicity is not in place;(6)the definition of roof property rights affects the development of roof agriculture to a certain extent.3.According to the restrictive factors of the development of roof agriculture in Xiamen,this paper puts forward the Countermeasures for the development of roof agriculture in Xiamen:(1)to integrate it into the construction system of sponge city and to integrate it with the national strategy;(2)to strengthen the support of the government to ensure the steady development of roof agriculture;(3)to define the property rights clearly and to protect the development of roof agriculture;(4)to promote the rational operation of roof agriculture.Development.Roof agriculture is a new situation of agricultural economy and an important part of cultural and creative industries and sightseeing and leisure agriculture.Through the research of this topic,it is of great significance to promote the people’s comprehensive and systematic understanding of roof agriculture and the feasibility of the development of roof agriculture in Xiamen.
