| Fenghuang mountain is the "hometown of single cluster tea".In recent years,tea has become an important pillar industry in Fenghuangshan area.With the country getting rid of poverty in an all-round way,the Party Central Committee has put forward the strategy of vigorously promoting rural revitalization.Agriculture and rural economic development have ushered in major strategic opportunities,and the people of Fenghuangshan have also entered a well-off society in an all-round way.According to the two Centennial goals set by the Party Central Committee,how to consolidate and improve the achievements of poverty alleviation,promote the strategy of Rural Revitalization and realize the level of socialist modernization has become the key to the great leap forward development of the tea industry.The development of tea industrialization is the only way for the development of tea industry.Using the theoretical systems of comparative advantage,industrial correlation and leading industry,and using the research methods of interview,questionnaire and literature,Firstly,this paper analyzes the development environment of Fenghuangshan single cluster tea industry,extracts the industrial advantages and opportunities of Fenghuangshan single cluster tea,then investigates and studies the current situation of Fenghuangshan single cluster tea industry,analyzes the main core problems restricting the development of Fenghuangshan single cluster tea according to the current situation,and deeply analyzes the causes of the existing problems.Then,combined with the relevant experience of the development of tea industry at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the experience enlightenment,so as to lay the foundation for putting forward the Countermeasures of industrial development.Finally,combined with the experience and Enlightenment of the development of tea industry at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the development of Fenghuangshan single cluster tea industry from the aspects of improving the industry standardization level and enterprise development level.After research,it is concluded that the development potential of Fenghuangshan single cluster tea in Chaozhou is huge,with obvious advantages and opportunities,such as superior ecological environment and geographical conditions,long-standing tea culture,increasing demand for tea industry year by year,and policy guarantee in place.At the same time,it is also faced with problems such as backward production mode,tea quality to be improved,weak overall brand strength of tea enterprises,insufficient extension depth of upstream and downstream and insufficient tea professionals.The main reasons for these problems are the insufficient scale of tea industry cluster,inadequate quality control means The overall brand building mechanism is not perfect,the industrial structure is not coordinated,the development of high-quality derivatives is insufficient,and the talent training is insufficient.Based on the development experience of tea industry at home and abroad,this paper puts forward development suggestions from improving the level of industry standardization,improving the overall strength of tea enterprises,enhancing the brand effectiveness of tea products,improving the integration of tea industry with other industries and vigorously cultivating tea professionals,in order to create good conditions for building a new "Phoenix cluster" industry with prosperous industry. |
