| Since the development of the service outsourcing industry in China,more and more businesses have flowed in,followed by large transactions and competition among many service outsourcing undertaking companies.In the meantime,outsourcing companies face how to choose vendor in so many service outsourcings companies and what’s the decisive factor.In response to this situation,how service outsourcing undertaking companies do marketing and achieve great success.How can service outsourcing companies implement marketing solutions based on industry characteristics?These issues must be resolved as soon as possible.This paper takes V company as the research object,Through V company strategy and SWOT analysis,internal questionnaires and customer satisfaction surveys,combined with the relationship marketing commitment trust theory and communication theory,analyzes the current situation and limitations of relationship marketing of V company,puts forward the optimization of relationship marketing strategy based on commitment trust,and discusses the significance of developing commitment trust relationship marketing of V company.Combined with the characteristics and related theories of service outsourcing industry and V company,through two-way communication,fully fulfill the commitment and improve the service quality,then puts forward the assumption and safeguard measures of building V company’s relationship marketing optimization based on commitment trust,and analyzes the expected effect of the strategy optimization.To sum up,we draw the following conclusions:first,service outsourcing undertaking enterprises should consider the relationship marketing strategy from the perspective of customer trust.It has a positive impact on the performance and development of the company based on the trust of both parties.Therefore,the relationship marketing based on commitment trust is the inevitable choice for the service outsourcing undertaking enterprises such as V company.Second,the proposal of commitment,the establishment and strengthening of trust from fulfillment and the closed-loop of commitment trust are of great significance to the long-term customer relationship and market reputation of V company.Thirdly,the construction scheme and specific implementation measures of commitment trust relationship marketing strategy can be used for reference by relevant service outsourcing undertaking enterprises. |
