Abstract/Summary:
With the implementation of the new asset management regulation,qualified commercial banks have set up financial management subsidiaries,the NY financial management subsidiary was established in August 2019.In order to meet the regulatory requirements for the non-standardized finance management business,the NY financial management subsidiary has been exploring and making breakthroughs in product development,capital operation and business development,positive progress has been made.However,the new asset management regulation makes great changes in the source of funds,business model and competition pattern of commercial bank’s non-standardized finance management,the NY financial management subsidiary has to adapt to the new situation as soon as possible,make full use of its advantages,make up for its shortcoming,and find a compliance development path that can adapt to the current market completion environment.The paper is an briefly exposition of the necessity and historical evolution of non-standard business financial management business in commercial banks,comprehensively analyzes the influence of the new regulations on the NY financial management subsidiary’s non-standard financial management business,and makes a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the market competition of the NY financial management subsidiary’s non-standard financial management business from five different dimensions of Porter’s forces mode,and uses the SWOT analysis model to systematically sort out the unique advantages,disadvantages,favorable conditions of external environment and the threat factors that are not conducive to the development of the NY financial management subsidiary’s non-standard financial management business.At the same time,according to the current market situation,this paper studies the difficulties faced by the non-standard business of the NY financial management subsidiary,and sorts out the problems that need to be solved,such as the pressure of business transformation,the mechanism construction to be improved,and the change of market competition pattern.Based on above conclusions,this paper puts forward a feasible plan for the future development path of the non-standard business of the NY financial management subsidiary from five aspects:strategy selection,process optimization,strengthening assessment,risk prevention and technology empowerment.It is suggested that the NY financial management subsidiary make use of existing superior resources to make up short-board as soon as possible,build core competitiveness and realize business breakthrough.
