Technical And Economic Analysis And Evaluation Of LX Fruit Industry Company’s Cold Storage Construction Project In Yan’an City

With the rapid development of social economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,more attention is paid to the preservation of agricultural products,which is the increasing demand for the balanced supply of high-quality fruits and vegetables in four seasons.In recent years,the construction of cold storage projects is also the focus of agricultural development.There are many unreasonable problems in the existing cold chain infrastructure in China,such as more cold storage in the eastern region than in the central and western regions,and less cold storage in the meat There are more similar refrigerated warehouses than fruit and vegetable refrigerated warehouses,more land refrigerated warehouses than production refrigerated warehouses,more refrigerated warehouses than refrigerated warehouses.These problems need to be solved urgently.Based on the investigation and demand analysis of the present situation of the cold storage in Yan’an City,Shaanxi Province,and the analysis of the site selection,technology and economic conditions of the cold storage construction project,this paper first analyzes the area and output of the fruits and vegetables planted in this area and the demand for the cold storage capacity in this area,and then investigates and estimates the various economic data of the project in combination with the guiding ideology of the government’s macro policies After the use of technical and economic evaluation methods for a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the project,the conclusion is that the construction of the project is necessary,good efficiency,strong anti risk ability.The conclusion of the paper has important basis for decision-making of managers and investors,reference for other construction projects in Yan’an City,and practical application value for fruit farmers and cold storage managers in the operation process.
