| Third-party payment is one of the important modes of Internet finance and the product of the combination of traditional financial services and Internet technology.It has greatly improved the convenience of consumer payment through third-party payment and is gradually becoming a new trend.At present,the domestic third-party payment has formed the duopoly pattern of alipay and We Chat,which makes other payment institutions face great development pressure.As the exclusive brand of China telecom payment business,"wing payment" is facing both rare opportunities and complex challenges in the development of today’s white-hot competition in the industry.Xinjiang telecom branch is affiliated to China telecom co.,LTD.The company started wing payment business in 2011.After eight years of business development,it has formed certain advantages in the payment field in Bayingol Mongolian Autonomous region.However,some problems are gradually exposed in the development of the payment business of telecom wing,which makes the development face more competitive pressure.This paper proposes a method of constructing the payment ecosystem of telecom wing to solve the problem and improve the development speed of telecom wing payment service.Firstly,the general situation of Bayingol Mongolian Autonomous branch and the development of wing-payment business are expounded to clarify the problems existing in the development of wing-payment business,including the need to enrich the consumption scene,the slow gathering of business users,and the lack of merchant management and publicity.Secondly,using the PEST and porter five models,analysis of the external environment,based on the strategic orientation,systemic,stability,collaborative and risk control principle,built by the industry ecosystem layer,technology,resource and environment layer consisting of wing payment ecosystem model,involving elements including regulators,customers,merchants,banking financial institutions,such as the competition,each component through the material flow,cash flow,information flow link together,interdependence,mutual constraints.At last,the paper expounds the construction path of the payment ecosystem of from four aspects.First,the communication and payment business should be integrated to promote the development of payment business and expand the business scope in rural areas.The second is to form the exclusive payment scene of wing-pay brand,improve the function of wing-pay,and launch different payment scenes according to the differences of customers;The third is to strengthen the management of all elements within the ecosystem,strengthen cooperation with financial institutions,competitors and businesses,and attach importance to publicity and promotion;Fourth,strengthen the application of Internet of things technology and big data technology to create a safe,convenient and accurate ecosystem.Through the research of this paper,the development direction of Bayingol Mongolian Autonomous telecom wing payment service is clarified.Through the construction of the ecosystem,the coordinated and symbiotic development between Bayingol Mongolian Autonomous branch and other participants in the ecosystem is formed. |
