Effect Of Supply Chain Finance On Alleviating Financing Constraints Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In Shaanxi Province

The large number of Smes in Shaanxi Province has been providing a large number of jobs for employees,increasing tax revenue for the government and playing an important role in promoting regional economic development.However,due to the incomplete communication of information between Banks and enterprises,it is increasingly difficult for Smes to obtain financing.As an important part of the economy,Smes have their own gap for a long time,and the financing pressure always restrains the development of enterprises.Supply chain finance can improve the credibility and information disclosure of enterprises,help enterprises to raise funds,reduce financing constraints,and help the government to carry out support work,better provide new ideas for market economic growth,inject vitality and stimulate economic development.This paper takes Shaanxi Province as the research object,based on relevant concepts and theories of supply chain finance,combs the development course of supply chain finance in Shaanxi Province,and expounds the current situation of supply chain finance business in Shaanxi Province from the perspective of Banks.Then the model is used for empirical analysis of the influencing factors.The conclusions are as follows: Smes in Shaanxi Province do have obvious financing constraints,and supply chain finance can reduce their cash-cash flow sensitivity to a certain extent.Finally,based on the empirical results,a series of targeted Suggestions are put forward for the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shaanxi Province from the perspectives of government and society,financing enterprises,Banks and other financial institutions,and supply chain financing products,so as to further optimize supply chain finance in Shaanxi Province and drive the high-quality development of regional economy.
