Research On The Influencing Factors Of Property Income Gap Between Urban And Rural Residents In Shaanxi Province

In the report to the 19 th National Congress of the COMMUNIST Party of China(CPC),it was emphasized that we should improve people’s livelihood and expand the channels for people’s labor income and property income.China’s economy is in the stage of continuous growth,and the income gap between urban and rural residents still needs to be paid attention to.We must strengthen the weak links in agriculture,rural areas and farmers in order to achieve a well-off society in an all-round way.The income of residents in China shows a trend of continuous growth,and the driving effect of property income on residents’ income is more and more obvious.The expansion of property income gap will aggravate the income gap between urban and rural residents.Based on this,this paper takes the influencing factors of the property income gap between urban and rural residents in Shaanxi province as the main line,and compares the differences of the influencing factors of the property income gap between urban and rural residents in the three regions of Shaanxi Province in the direction and size,so as to put forward more specific policy Suggestions to narrow the property income gap between urban and rural residents in Shaanxi Province.This paper analyzes and holds that :(1)the property income gap between urban and rural residents in shaanxi province has experienced a development trajectory of widening,narrowing and expanding,and the most obvious property income gap between urban and rural residents is in southern shaanxi.(2)Among the influencing factors of property income gap between urban and rural residents in Shaanxi province,economic growth,educational development,financial development and industrialization level show positive adjustment to property income gap between urban and rural residents in Shaanxi province,while urbanization,per capita fiscal expenditure and real estate transaction level have negative influence.(3)By comparing the influencing factors of the property income gap between urban and rural residents in the three regions of Shaanxi province,it is found that economic growth and industrialization have a positive effect on the property income gap between urban and rural residents in northern and southern Shaanxi,while it presents a negative adjustment in Guanzhong.The property income gap between urban and rural residents in the three major regions of Shaanxi province expands with the improvement of financial development.Urbanization,per capita fiscal expenditure,education development and real estate transaction level also differ in the direction and magnitude of the effects on the property income gap between urban and rural residents.Based on the above analysis results,according to the specific conditions of different areas in Shaanxi Province,the emphasis of the policy is adjusted,and some targeted policy Suggestions are put forward for the narrowing of the property income gap between urban and rural residents in Shaanxi province.
