Research On The Early Warning Of Intellectual Property Rights Of Technology-based Smes

With the rapid development of scientific and technological innovation,the ability of science and technology innovation has become an important aspect of enterprise competitiveness,and the key factor to measure the technological innovation ability of enterprises is the intellectual property of enterprises.Technology based SMEs as the backbone of technology innovation in our country,the number of intellectual property rights has not only determines the development of the enterprise destiny,even decides the whole industry,regional,and national science and technology innovation competitiveness.For science and technology at home and abroad at present,the intellectual property rights of small and medium-sized enterprises lack of perfect intellectual property risk early warning system,in view of the small and mid-sized enterprise of intellectual property rights is not scientific and effective risk early warning,prevention to improve the early warning system,by using the theory of interdisciplinary knowledge and research methods of small and mid-sized enterprise intellectual property management present situation and the connotation of the intellectual property risk and influence factors were analyzed.And after the identification,index evaluation,building a science-based small and medium-sized enterprise intellectual property risk early warning and emergency plan,so as to promote the small and mid-sized enterprise technology innovation ability,its intellectual property to get effective guarantee.
