With the continuous strengthening of enterprise competition,the global enterprise network system has been established.Enterprises have begun to participate in market competition in the form of enterprise networks.Enterprise activities have become more frequent and tighter.Network systems have also been constantly restructured and evolved.Companies realized that the ability to use the resources embedded in the inter-organizational network is more important than their ability to own resources(Internet thinking),This has led to research and attention on corporate networks.At the same time,because of the rise of complex networks,the academic community has changed the research methods and content of enterprise networks.Enterprise networks have long been no longer confined to research on the definition of enterprise networks,resource dependence,and governance based on economics,sociology,and other perspectives.The research content began to shift toward the direction of complex network research.The research focus is gradually changing from the analysis of static problems,such as definitions,attributes,and results to the study of dynamic issues such as its growth and evolution.However,it is undeniable that the existing research on the evolution of the enterprise network has problems.The problems include the static nature and lack of integrity,and some models are obviously inconsistent with the actual situation of the enterprise network.Therefore,this article takes the company’s bounded rationality as the premise assumption,constructs the behavior pattern of the general network structure of the enterprise in the model,and incorporates the characteristics of network evolution such as locality and attractiveness,and uses the theories of enterprise construction theory,decision theory,and enterprise life cycle.As the theoretical support put forward by the mechanism,the evolution model of the enterprise network in this paper is more reasonable,complete and applicable.Based on this,this article takes the company’s bounded rationality as the premise hypothesis,The evolutionary model is constructed based on the perspective of a complex network.The evolution of the network is deterministic and random.The rationality of the establishment of the network evolution mechanism is explained using the theory of bounded rationality and organizational construction,highlighting the asymmetry of information in the enterprise network.Build a network model with a growing local world,mixed decision-making mechanisms,and attractive time-varying characteristics.Then,after theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the basic characteristics of the network evolution model are obtained and network robustness experiments are conducted;finally,simulations are used.In the form of a combination of experiments and empirical analysis,the cross-held listed companies involved in the llyear data of China’s Shanghai-Shenzhen A-shares were selected as samples to portray the reciprocal shareholdings of the Shanghai-Shenzhen A-share listed companies.The low-density,small clustering coefficient,and non-scaled characteristics of the cross-shareholding network of Chinese listed companies are compared with the attributes of the network model evolution in this paper to verify the applicability of the limited-rational enterprise network evolution model,and Finally,the paper proposes the prospect of the thesis.The research results show that the evolutionary model of enterprise networks based on bounded rationality can switch between ER networks and scale-free networks,and can even degenerate into several or more existing network evolution models,such as BA networks,HUHPM,and DMS.Network and so on.Simulation experiments also show that the degree of distribution of the enterprise network model based on bounded rationality exhibits a power-law characteristic as a whole,exhibits high robustness against random faults,and exhibits low vulnerability to intentional attacks.Experiments show that the model adjustment parameters can make the network have higher clustering coefficients and more stable average path length;the distribution of the initial attractive force of the parameter ηi(0)in the model does not affect the trend that the degree distribution is power law distribution,but The rate of information update has a significant effect on the clustering coefficient of the network.The lower rate of information update is not conducive to the establishment of a close connection.Finally,the simulation data show that the model can simulate the evolution of the cross-shareholding network of listed companies in China more accurately.The model has good applicability and effectiveness.The innovation of this paper is reflected in three aspects.First,this paper applies complex network methods to explore the evolution of the enterprise network,further expands on the basis of the existing network mechanism research,considers the specificity of the organization network,and uses the organization relationship to build Theory,decision theory,and enterprise life cycle theory serve as the theoretical support for setting up the mechanism.It connects the theory of organizational relations and the research methods of complex networks,and then explores the evolution of networks from a macro perspective.Second,it is based on existing partial network evolution models.Without considering the actual situation of the real network,it lacks the general theory of the simultaneous existence of the four mechanisms of adding,adding,retreating,and removing edges in the actual situation.This paper combines the four basic behavior patterns of network evolution with the characteristics of the timeliness and localization of the enterprise network.The evolution model of the enterprise network is proposed,which makes the model more consistent with the reality and more reasonable.Thirdly,this paper uses the combination of empirical analysis and simulation experiments to verify the characteristics of the limited-rational enterprise network model by using the cross-shareholding network characteristics of the listed companies of the Shanghai-Shenzhen A-shares for 11 years and the simulation of various property index comparisons.The model of enterprise network evolution based on bounded rationality proposed in this paper can make a deeper,more holistic,and more macro-inquiry into the evolution rules of real complex networks between enterprises.The completion of the dissertation is a useful supplement and improvement of the existing network evolution model research,in order to play a certain reference role in the research and application of the evolution of different types of enterprise networks. |
