Pulp and paper industry is an important pillar industry of the national economy.Papermaking industry and national economic development and social civilization is closely linked,paper and cardboard consumption level is one of the important mark to judge the modernization and civilization degree of a country.With the high-speed development of China of social economy,the contradiction between economic growth and resources,environment is becoming increasingly acute.Therefore,the development of.pulping and papermaking enterprises must fully realize the "green economy" is the inevitable trend of social development,positive change "extensive mode of production of high pollution,high consumption,low use",to achieve "low emission,low consumption,high utilization" as the characteristics,the mode of renewable resources" as the core.YJ company has now become the Southwest’s largest pulp and paper companies,has an important influence on the promotion of local social and economic development,the development and utilization of the abundant forest resources.In this paper,based on the YJ company in following the "forestry-paper integration"development mode,the elaboration and the analysis in resolving the contradiction between supply and demand of pulping and papermaking raw materials enterprises,maintain the natural ecological balance,pay attention to social benefits,clean production mode of enterprise and other related content,in the interpretation of the improve resource utilization rate,reduce and try to actively explore the production emissions and waste recycling and other production operation mode,demonstration YJ company conforms to the concept of circular economy,provide the guarantee to realize the sustainable development of enterprises,and the implementation of social,economic,obtained during the good ecological benefits in the project.
