In recent years,with the continuous development of information technology,network security problems have become increasingly prominent,and network security attack and defense have become the main form of network confrontation in various countries.As the main place for talent training,the research and development of cyber range is the focus of network security research.In the process of talent training,scenario based on virtualization technology simulation need to be provided as training venues.Virtual machine deployment requests in the range are scenario-based,and during the construction of large-scale network attack and defense scenarios,a large number of resource requests will be generated,causing pressure on the server.Therefore,designing a high-performance load balancing algorithm is the key to the successful construction of large-scale attack and defense scenarios.In addition,the cyber range platform also needs to manage and maintain the resources in the scene based on the cloud computing resource scheduling system platform.In this regard,this thesis mainly carries out the following research work:(1)The current situation of range and cloud computing resource scheduling at home and abroad is analyzed and studied,which clarifies the research significance of this thesis.The shortcomings and deficiencies in the current research are pointed out,and the problems in the current cloud computing resource scheduling and the solutions to these problems are studied.(2)The deployment issue of virtual machines in the range was investigated.In the cyber range,The creation of large-scale offensive and defensive network scenarios generates a large number of virtual machine deployment requests,causing huge pressure on the server.This thesis designs a load balancing algorithm based on improved gene algrithm(IGA),which aims to reduce the load imbalance of physical nodes,balance resource requests in the server,and alleviate the pressure on the server.Aiming the problem that the experiment of cloud computing platform requires a large number of equipment,this thesis uses Cloud Sim cloud computing simulation platform for algorithm experiments.Through specific algorithm experiments,it is proved that the algorithm can provide a deployment scheme with low load imbalance in the construction of large-scale attack and defense scenarios.In addition experimental compared with a variety of algorithms proves the superiority of this algorithm.(3)Through the demand analysis of the cloud computing resource scheduling system,the design objectives of the system are established.The overall overview design and detailed module design of the system are carried out,and the cloud computing resource scheduling system for the range is realized.In the process of system design,this thesis splits modules based on the idea of microservices to reduce the coupling degree between modules.Through actual testing,the system can meet the functional requirements of network cloud computing resource scheduling,and has the characteristics of high performance,stability,and good compatibility.
