In recent years,with the intensification of international trade barriers and the technical blockade of China by foreign "chip alliances" led by the United States,the design,manufacturing,production,and sales of domestic chips have been greatly affected.Trade restrictions in semiconductor fields such as chips will seriously frustrate the current rapid development trend in China’s intelligent manufacturing,information technology applications,artificial intelligence,and other fields,and have a significant impact on the future development and industrial layout of related high-tech fields.In this context,China has established the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund,which aims to promote the current development level of China’s chip and semiconductor manufacturing industry,break through the blockade of foreign production technology and research and development technology,and respond to the chip demand of many industries in the future under the "chip crisis".In order to verify the effect of the investment of the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund on the industrial development,this thesis takes Giga Device as the research object,analyzes the impact of the introduction of large fund investment on the company’s financial performance and technological innovation,and provides a reference for the introduction of strategic investment by integrated circuit companies,and also provides valuable conclusions for the government-led investment fund to promote the industrial development.The research found that:(1)After the introduction of the National Industrial Fund,the financial ability of Giga Device has been greatly improved,its profitability and operational ability have been significantly improved,its debt repayment ability has been significantly enhanced,and the long-term development ability of the enterprise has become stable.(2)After the introduction of National Industrial Fund,Giga Device has made a breakthrough in technology research and development,and its talent reserve has increased.From the number of innovative inventions and patents,it can be seen that the introduction of the National Industry Fund has significantly improved the innovation ability of Mega Easy.(3)After the introduction of the National Industrial Fund,the corporate governance structure of Giga Device is more reasonable.(4)After the introduction of National Industry Fund,Giga Device has repeatedly implemented equity incentive policies to achieve the binding of shareholders’ interests and employees’ interests,which is conducive to stimulating employees’ enthusiasm for work and providing impetus for the realization of the enterprise’s business development strategy.
