Application And Implementation Of Digital Signature Technology In Real Estate Registration Business

With the continuous improvement of my country’s informatization level and Internet technology,the national government services are gradually undergoing digital and paperless transformation.Inefficient on-site document signing and business handling are not only complicated procedures,but the integrity and non-repudiation of contract documents cannot be effectively guaranteed,and there are also risks in the identification of business parties.Aiming at this status quo,this project responds to the need of a city’s real estate registration business to realize paperless counters,and designs a digital signature scheme for counter signing,and designs and implements a real estate counter signing system based on the scheme.1.This topic uses the National Security SM2 digital signature algorithm as the digital signature algorithm for the signature scheme of the real estate counter signing system.Based on the idea of threshold cryptography and the actual requirements of the project,a collaborative signature scheme is designed that introduces identity authentication and divides the signature key into two servers,each of which calculates the signature components during signature operations.2.By analyzing the current situation of real estate business handling services,refining the business processing process of the counter signing in the real estate registration business,and designing a set of indifferent property counter signature systems.By comparing the existing front-end development technology,select Spring Boot as the system back-end development framework,MUI as the counter PAD device APP development framework to develop the system.3.Based on the previous analysis and design,this topic has completed the development of system functional module based on the selected development framework and related technologies,and also solves some other functional problems in the system development process.Through the establishment of the test environment,the design testing scheme was simulated and simulated by the system.After testing,the system can achieve the expected function and business process,run stable and efficient,have good compatibility and expansion,and meet the needs of construction and expected goals.Compared with the traditional manual offline document signing mode,the system realizes the electronic signature of Chinese document signing for the counter business based on digital signature technology,which reduces the time cost of the person handling the real estate business.It brings great convenience to the sorting and archiving of data in the real estate business.The system has been deployed in a city’s real estate registration and transaction center,and the trial operation has received good feedback.
