| Temperature is an extremely important physical quantity that needs to be perceived by us in various scenarios.Currently,the vast majority of wearable flexible biomimetic skin temperature sensors are based on electronic components,which have bottleneck problems such as poor flexibility,severe temperature range limitations,and unsuitable for harsh electromagnetic environments.In response to the limitations of flexible biomimetic skin temperature detection based on electronic components and the urgent need for flexible biomimetic skin to develop towards lightweight,compact,stable,and high sensitivity in order to adapt to various intelligent machine devices,this article deeply analyzes the temperature characteristics of flexible sensors based on identical weak reflection gratings based on coupled mode theory.The main research content is as follows.Firstly,the research background and significance of the topic were introduced,and the current status of temperature sensing research on flexible biomimetic skin was analyzed.Various preparation methods,sensing principles,and advantages and disadvantages of temperature sensors for flexible biomimetic skin were introduced.The overall research content of this article was elaborated.Secondly,the sensing characteristics based on identical weak reflection gratings were studied,and an equivalent model of identical weak reflection gratings was established based on coupled mode theory.The basic optical properties,transmission characteristics,and multiplexing factors of the model were analyzed.Once again,a temperature sensing unit based on identical weak reflection Bragg grating was designed,including the layout design of the temperature sensing unit.A temperature sensing model of identical weak reflection grating was simulated and established,and the relationship between the center wavelength shift of identical weak reflection grating and temperature change was studied through experiments.Finally,the preparation and temperature characteristics of flexible temperature sensors were studied,and the thermal conductivity characteristics of polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS),a packaging and sensitization material based on identical weak reflection grating flexible sensors,were studied.Different flexible temperature sensors were constructed,and multiple sets of experimental studies were conducted on the temperature characteristics of the sensors,including their sensitivity,linearity,and repeatability. |
