Under the background of continuous innovation and development of Internet information technology,people’s life and working methods have changed greatly,especially their living habits and working methods.Online shopping has become a mainstream model.Nowadays,online shopping has gradually replaced the dominance of offline retail.The further expansion of retail channels is a good opportunity for enterprises to make full use of their existing advantages and seek new development paths through transformation and development.In 2020,the consumption festivals of various platforms will emerge one after another,and Tiktok small videos,Taobao live broadcast and other marketing incentives will push the amount of e-commerce orders to the commanding height.For retail enterprises,it is particularly important to upgrade and optimize to win more consumers’ favor in this era.For this paper,Online order fulfillment is key topic we were discussing.Traditional company are facing various challenges in supply chain operation.Because customers demand for orders is no longer simple to receive goods,but more inclined to add valuable services.Such as fast deliveries.etc.How to optimize the online and offline win-win mode of iteration has become a very interesting topic.Paper takes online order fulfillment of Z enterprise as the main research object.First of all,through the study of its overall operation status and order performance core KPI,we sort out the problems existing in its supply chain operation.In addition,the existing problems are verified again through the objective scoring of the client and the major platforms.Summarize such issues as order cancellation,timeliness after order payment,etc.After conclusion of the problem,this paper makes strategic suggestions based on SWOT analysis,such as cost control,online and offline integration,customer satisfaction,aim to explore the enterprise profit maximization of the order performance.At the technical model level,this paper uses the linear programming theory to build the supply-chain optimization model,through the model programming and solution.Finally,this paper compares and demonstrates the improvement effect of the model on enterprise order performance,profit and logistics service performance score.As a result,this paper fully approves that Online & Offline both fulfill the order showing a higher profits and customer experience,what’s more,it gives strategic opinions through the analysis by internal and external different scenarios.Saying this result can also meet the customer’s requirements for the timeliness of receiving goods,as well as the possibility of some value-added services.In the age of the ever-changing and challenging retail supply chain,flexible solutions are really appropriate and relevant.It is expected that the current situation of online sales operations of Z enterprises can be optimized through these optimal solutions & ideas,and can also make a contribution to online business supply chain in overall industry.At the end of the paper,showing some implementation of this optimization plan to ensure the breakdown of its research to be implement in real. |
