Actual measurement of engineering refers to the use of measurement tools to measure the measurement object of the engineering site,and to compare and analyze the measurement data according to the relevant quality acceptance standards and specifications,so as to finally obtain a method that truly reflects the quality data onto the object.However,traditional actual measurement techniques require manual recording and data processing,which has a huge workload and is prone to errors due to human factors.With the development of networking and digitalization,many fields have implemented digital and information management,making data storage and post-processing more convenient.Thus,conducting research on digitization and informatization in the field of actual measurement has significant practical significance.In response to the above problems,this paper designs and implements an actual measurement system based on the Internet of Things(Io T)technology and speech recognition technology,built on traditional measurement tools.The main content of this paper is as follows:Firstly,this paper proposes an overall system design scheme according to the system requirements,which consists of data acquisition terminal devices,wireless communication modules,and cloud platforms.Terminal devices collect voice information and sensor data,and upload th e data to the cloud platform through wireless communication modules for storage.Users can manage devices and view data on the cloud platform through mobile phones or computers.According to the requirements of speech recognition,this paper designs speech recognition systems with three recognition methods: a speech recognition system based on offline speech recognition modules,a speech recognition system based on Kaldi speech toolkit training,and an online speech recognition system based on speech cloud services,and compares and analyzes their respective characteristics.According to the requirements of wireless communication,this paper introduces the design of Internet of Things communication based on NB-Io T.The communication system has designed hardware circuits and software programs with the BC26 module as the core,and communicates with the cloud platform through the MQTT protocol.The data of terminal devices can be uploaded to the cloud platform for storage and viewing.Finally,this paper combines speech recognition technology and Io T communication technology to design an actual measurement tool system based on speech recognition and Io T.The device terminal uses STM32F103C8T6 as a microcontroller,responsible for controlling the operation of various modules,receiving and processing sensor data.The offline speech recognition module is selected to realize the speech recognition function,which can facilitate the collection and storage of location and other information,and display it through the display module.The Io T module is used to enable communication between the microcontroller and cloud platform,and upload collected data to the cloud platform for storage.Finally,relevant tests were conducted on the system,including hardware debugging,data communication function testing,and speech recognition function testing.The test results showed that the system can operate stably and achieve relevant functions.
