With the advent of the information age,wireless positioning technology has developed rapidly,and Internet mobile terminals such as smart phones and tablet computers have been popularized rapidly.Location-based service(LBS)is also born.Its convenient,fast and efficient service is favored by people and applied more and more widely,and can be seen everywhere in our daily life.When LBS is used,a large amount of user location data is generated,which is stored in the cloud server and has great academic,commercial and social value.However,it also poses a threat to users’ personal privacy and security.The existing research on static location privacy mainly focuses on the spatial dimension of location information data,rarely considers the semantic and background knowledge information such as the relevance between the next and last two consecutive requests.Moreover,some research schemes are only effective in some scenarios and are not universal.However,most of the existing research about dynamic location(trajectory)privacy protects the location information data in the trajectory with the same protection level,and rarely considers the location semantic information and the different privacy protection level of each location region in the trajectory,which is difficult to meet the needs of users for location privacy protection.In view of these shortcomings,The service security related technologies based on location privacy is studied,and the work and innovation points are as follows.First of all,most static location privacy protection methods do not fully take into account that the attacker may master the information submitted by the user during the last service request and other background knowledge,which cannot effectively resist the background knowledge attack.Based on this,a double dummy location generation algorithm based on behavior correlation is proposed,which consists of two parts.First,the first dummy location generation algorithm is proposed on the basis of fully considering geographic information such as access probability and location semantics,and then the second dummy location generation algorithm is proposed according to user behavior information such as time accessibility and orientation similarity.Finally,through a large number of simulation experiments,it is proved that this algorithm can resist inference attack and similarity attack.Secondly,most of the current trajectory location privacy protection methods adopt a one-sizefits-all approach to the location information data in user trajectories,which cannot better meet the needs of users for location privacy protection.Based on this,a differential privacy trajectory generation algorithm based on location semantics is proposed.The algorithm calculates the user’s access frequency to each location region,and then sets different privacy protection levels according to the access frequency of generate the trajectory to be released.Finally,through a large number of simulation experiments,it is verified that this algorithm can generate the trajectory to be released quickly and meet the user’s basic position protection requirements.Finally,combining DDLS,which is based on behavior association,with TPLS,which is based on location semantics,a useful location publishing system for location privacy protection is implemented.
