| With the continuous development of mobile applications and wireless communication technology, how to provide cellular users with high-efficiency and stable cloud computing services has become one of the research hotspots.By deploying cloud servers at the edge of the network,Mobile Edge Computing(MEC)technology greatly reduces the transmission delay of user tasks by take advantage of the features of close offloading distance and less network passage. However, the current mobile edge computing system still has a problem of large system energy consumption, and it can effectively reduce system energy consumption by optimizing task offloading and computing resources of the MEC server. In this paper, the energy consumption optimization technology of task offloading calculation for cellular users based on mobile edge computing is studied. The main work and innovation points are as follows:Firstly,a multi-base station collaborative MEC system is studied, which consists of several ground base stations configured with MEC servers and user terminals requiring MEC assisted computing. In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption in task offloading calculation of the system,a user task offloading calculation energy minimization scheme based on multi-base station coordination is proposed. On the basis of considering the delay and energy consumption expenses brought by the interruption of wireless links,it is restricted by task processing delay and minimized the total energy consumption, carried out optimization of user task allocation. The simulation results show that compared with the equal task allocation scheme, the proposed scheme can effectively reduce the system energy consumption.Secondly,a heterogeneous network MEC system based on wireless backhaul is studied, which includes a Macro Base Station(MBS),a Small Base Station(SBS)and several user terminals requiring MEC assisted computing. In addition,SBS and MBS use wireless communication to offload the task.In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption in task offloading calculation of the system,a scheme of minimizing energy consumption of user task offloading based on the wireless backhaul heterogeneous network MEC system was proposed, which took the task processing delay and SBS computing resources as constraints and minimized the total energy consumption of the system as the goal, and carried out joint optimization of user task allocation and SBS computing resources. The simulation results show that compared with the task allocation SBS computing resource optimization scheme and the average SBS computing resource task allocation optimization scheme, the proposal effectively reduces the system energy consumption. Finally,a heterogeneous network MEC system based on wired backhaul is studied, which includes one MBS,one SBS and several user terminals requiring MEC assisted computing. In addition,SBS and MBS use wired communication to offload the task.In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption in task offloading calculation of the system,a scheme of minimizing energy consumption of user task offloading based on the wired backhaul heterogeneous network MEC system was proposed. The offloading rate, task allocation and MEC computing resources were jointly optimized by taking the task processing delay and MEC server computing resources as constraints and minimizing the total energy consumption of the system. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme can effectively reduce the system energy consumption compared with the optimization scheme of task offloading rate under the conditions of equal task allocation and computing resource allocation, optimization scheme of task allocation under the conditions of constant rate and equal computing resource allocation, optimization scheme of computing resource allocation under the conditions of constant rate and equal task allocation. |
