With the accelerated digital transformation,the HR industry is also exploring new models and methods of digital transformation.Traditional HR often has other potential risks such as easy tampering due to the high degree of data centerization in querying job applicants’ resume information,evaluating workers’ performance and sharing among multiple parties.Combined with the tamper-evident and traceable characteristics of blockchain technology,it can ensure the integrity and security of resume information,and enable multiple companies to share resume information and unify worker credit evaluation methods.Firstly,the worker credit evaluation method is studied,then the blockchain consensus algorithm is studied,and on this basis,the blockchain worker credit evaluation system is designed to realize the trustworthiness and sharing of resume and evaluation data,and the main research contents are as follows:(1)Construction of worker credit evaluation method based on An evaluation model for worker credit evaluation is proposed,which can objectively assess the work credit of workers.The method assesses workers’ work credit value in four dimensions: work ability,work results,work attitude and personal quality.The multi-dimensional work credit value measures the actual work performance and ability of workers and helps managers make decisions,such as employee adjustment,promotion,and separation.(2)Research on RT-PBFT(Reputation Values and Threshold Signatures Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance Algorithm)algorithm based on HR federated chain.First,the reputation value of nodes is calculated according to the reputation influence factors,and then the nodes are grouped according to the reputation value.Then the master node is selected based on the fuzzy voting result,which reduces the behavior of malicious nodes involved in consensus and improves the consensus efficiency.In addition,combined with threshold signatures,the algorithm allows master nodes to receive messages from replica nodes in the preparation and submission phases,thus reducing communication complexity.Simulation results show that the RT-PBFT algorithm is effective in improving throughput,reducing consensus latency and lowering communication overhead compared with PBFT and other algorithms.(3)Design and implementation of blockchain-based worker credit evaluation system.Based on the above research,a blockchain-based credit evaluation system is designed and implemented.Firstly,based on the requirement analysis,the overall architecture of the system is designed,including network topology,functional modules and smart contracts,and the system is tested for functionality and performance.Through the construction of the worker credit evaluation method and the study of PBFT algorithm,the blockchain worker credit evaluation system is designed and implemented to achieve credible query of resume data,which can be shared by multiple enterprises and ensure the authenticity of data,which is crucial to the digital development of human resources.
