| The Museum possesses unique historical and cultural resources.It is a place for the bearer of spiritual culture.As a public cultural institution,museums use their unique collections to publicity and education to meet the cultural and spiritual needs of the current society which is not only an important medium for the inheritance and development of national,ethnic and regional cultures,but also one of the important representatives of social and cultural influence.Starting from the social effect of museums,this paper conducts a case study on Songhua Stone Museum of Changbai Mountain in Jiangyuan to understand the scope and degree of social effect produced by how museums exert their social functions in daily work to meet the current cultural and spiritual needs of the society,and how specialized museums should adjust their daily operation and management to produce greater social effect.Multifunctional and three-dimensional to meet the needs of social spiritual civilization.The study holds that the museum promotes the culture of Songhua stone to all levels of society through its cultural communication function,social education function,cultural travel function and cultural leisure function,and indirectly promotes the development of Songhua stone industry.However,due to the problems in the internal management of Changbai Mountain Songhua Stone Museum in Jiangyuan,the large turnover of personnel and the lack of professional knowledge,and the lack of contact with outside museums,the Songhua Stone Museum in Changbai Mountain in Jiangyuan failed to play its due social effect.Based on this,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the schedule management of Songhua Stone Museum in Changbai Mountain,Jiangyuan,and puts forward the corresponding solutions,adjusting the management structure of the museum itself,strengthening cooperation with the outside world and other ways to play its due social effects and provides reference materials for the current Chinese museum to play the social effects better. |
