Along with the progress of network information technology and the improvement of the people’s living standards,the development of the Internet economy has been promoted.Enterprises want to stand out in this competitive market,must have their own unique competitive advantages,in order to better enhance corporate value,business model is defined as the logic of enterprise value creation,so to explore the process and effect of enterprise value creation should start from the business model.Bilibili has developed from a community based on animation,manga and games to a comprehensive video community covering many areas of interest such as life,games,entertainment,animation,technology and knowledge,which has not been profitable for a long time but its market value exceeds that of i Qiyi,which is in the first echelon and will be profitable in 2022,which is inseparable from the capital market’s recognition of its corporate value.Therefore,this paper analyzes Bilibili’s business model,explores the impact path and effect of business model on its enterprise value,and combines the driving factors of value creation in the impact path analysis,hoping to enlighten the value creation of video platform enterprises.This paper first expounds the research background and significance,clarifies the research ideas,sorts out the relevant literature of business model,enterprise value and the relationship between the two,introduces the relevant basic theories,and then briefly introduces the overview of the online video industry and Bilibili,and analyzes the business model of Bilibili based on the nine-factor theory.Secondly,the value creation logic is analyzed from the framework of three levels and five modules,the strategic layer leads the value proposition,the operation layer relies on the user base,upstream and downstream channels and products and services to achieve value creation and value delivery,and the profit layer realizes value capture.Thirdly,from the financial effect,non-financial effect and enterprise value analysis of its value creation effect,the analysis shows that the asset scale of station B will expand from2018 to 2022,the operating income will maintain stable growth,and the gross profit will also maintain stable growth,but it will continue to lose money,and the profitability needs to be improved,so it is necessary to further improve the profit model and accelerate the commercialization process;Users maintain stable growth,maintain high activity,open up upstream and downstream channels,help realize brand value,continue to diversify content categories,and improve community ecology;The EVA method and DEVA model were used for enterprise value measurement,which showed a growth trend from 2018 to 2021,and decreased in 2022 due to the macro environment.Finally,according to the analysis results,suggestions for improvement are put forward,and station B should maintain stable user growth,increase user payment rate,reduce costs and increase efficiency,and improve business monetization efficiency.Video platform enterprises should break through one by one from three levels and adapt to the development of enterprises,so as to maintain the steady growth of enterprise value.
