As important human resource in the competition of high-tech enterprises,knowledge workers are not only affected by their own factors,but also inevitably affected by corporate culture,employment structure and institutions,so they choose to leave the company,which led to the serious talent loss in enterprises.At present,domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of researches on the brain drain of enterprises,mainly including reasons of brain drain,analysis models,impacts of brain drain and talent management measures.Studies on the knowledge worker system via control methods are less.Knowledge workers are the key resources of high-tech enterprises.Therefore,in the current fierce market competition environment,it is very meaningful to maintain the dynamic stability of the knowledge worker system.In this dissertation,several factors that affect the performance of knowledge worker system are analyzed,two discrete dynamic system models of knowledge worker are established,based on modern control theory and methods,the recruitment strategies of knowledge worker system that can effectively suppress external disturbance are studied.The contents are as follows:Firstly,the dynamic modeling and resilient control of human resource discrete system in high-tech enterprises are studied.Considering the dynamic behaviors of internal transfer,natural resignation and corporate recruitment among various personnel within the enterprise,a discrete nonlinear time-varying dynamic model of high-tech enterprise knowledge worker system is established first;Then,the resilient control(recruitment)strategy of the enterprise knowledge worker system and the sufficient conditions for the asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system are given;The simulation results show that the enterprise recruitment strategy based on the idea of resilient control can ensure the stability and improve the performance of the knowledge worker system.Secondly,the dynamic modelling of discrete time delay systems for knowledge workers in high-tech enterprises and their state feedback stabilization control problems are studied.First of all,based on the analysis of the internal transfer,separation,recruitment,dismissals and time delays in the internal transfer process of several types of knowledge workers in the enterprise,the discrete time-delay dynamic model of the knowledge worker system is obtained;Then,the recruitment strategy based on state feedback stabilization control of knowledge worker system is given,and the time-delay-dependent stability condition of enterprise knowledge worker system is obtained;The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the state feedback control method proposed in this dissertation.
