Blockchain technology as distributed bookkeeping,peer-to-peer transactions,cryptographic encryption,smart contracts and other technological integration innovation products,has been considered the next generation of value Internet of the basic carrier,but also regarded as a new generation of scientific and technological revolution of the core techn logy,at the same time,China has a good foundation in the field of blockchain,General Secretary Xi Jinping also pointed out that to accelerate the promotion of blockchain technology and industrial innovation and development.At present,blockchain technology is deeply integrated with the real economy,and its characteristics in ensuring the security of data transmission technology provide support for the safe and reliable operation of the real economy.However,its existing application fields are still relatively limited and have not been widely used at the enterprise level.Therefore,it is necessary to study the adoption behavior of this technology in specific industries in China,and integrate the existing industrial practice and academic research findings,The field of logistics and supply chain is most consistent with the characteristics of blockchain technology.Under this background,this paper studies the behavior of China’s cross-border logistics enterprises adopting blockchain technology.This paper first analyzes the main factors that affect the adoption of block chain technology in China’s cross border logistics enterprises.Through summarizing,refining and adjusting the factors involved in high quality research both at home and abroad,23 influencing factors are obtained and classified according to the framework of "technology organization environment risk".Then,the opinions of senior industry experts are investigated,and the importance of each factor is judged by AHP.The influence weight difference of these factors on enterprise adoption behavior is determined,which lays a foundation for further research.Secondly,after mining these influencing factors,because the technology adoption behavior of enterprises is a typical long-term complex evolution process with multiagent participation,in order to analyze the micro effect of relevant factors in the actual technology adoption process of enterprises,the dynamic evolutionary game method is further introduced.First of all,starting from the inside of the cross-border logistics enterprise group,without considering the external influence of the group,China’s crossborder logistics enterprises are divided into technology leading enterprises and technology following enterprises.The two types of enterprises have great endowment differences in organization scale,technological innovation capital pressure,technological ability,knowledge and experts,management support attitude,etc,Establish the dynamic evolutionary game model of these two types of cross-border logistics enterprises adopting blockchain technology,and analyze the evolutionary stability strategies of both sides of the game under different parameters.Thirdly,in order to make the research closer to the reality,change the research perspective from inside to outside,treat the cross-border logistics enterprises as a whole,and consider how the blockchain technology adoption behavior of cross-border logistics enterprises will evolve under the influence of external environmental factors,mainly the different behavior choices of consumers of market subjects and local governments,so as to further establish the cross-border logistics enterprises,consumers The tripartite evolutionary game model between local governments analyzes and discusses the evolution results with the help of mathematical tools.In addition,in order to further verify and visualize the research conclusions and draw more detailed research results,considering the unavailability of actual industrial development data,matlab simulation software is used to conduct numerical simulation analysis on game evolution stability strategy,parameter sensitivity and initial strategy proportion.Finally,based on the above analysis and simulation,the conclusion is drawn from the four dimensions of technology,organization,environment and risk Consumers and other stakeholders put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the real application of blockchain technology and accelerate the digital transformation and high-quality development of cross-border logistics industry.
