In recent years,industrial robots have become extremely important equipment in the intelligent manufacturing industry,and it is of great significance to study the industrial robot.Based on Digital Twin technology,this paper designs a set of industrial robot digital twin system with the help of Unity3 D engine,which transmits the real data of the robot to the twin model of the virtual world in real time,drives the virtual model movement with real data,and integrates a number of service functions in the digital twin system.(1)The concept of five-dimensional model of digital twin of industrial robots is proposed,which includes five parts,including physical entity,virtual entity twin data,connection and service,and a digital twin system mapped by physical entities is built by using Unity3 D engine.(2)In Unity3 D,a digital twin of the device and environment is built,and the FANUC industrial robot can communicate with the PC server through SOCKET,collect data from the server side in real time and analyze the data through C#,drive the movement of the corresponding virtual industrial robot in the virtual space in real time,and integrate a number of functions for the service part of the industrial robot digital twin system.(3)An improved USAD-VAE model is designed,which uses VAE to optimize the traditional USAD algorithm,collects the real real-time operation data of industrial robots to form a dataset,trains the USAD-VAE unsupervised anomaly detection model,and detects anomalies of industrial robots by identifying abnormal data.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects: first,a fivedimensional model for the digital twin of industrial robots is designed,which can establish real-time mapping of virtual systems,which has the advantages of high degree of visualization and good interaction;Second,multiple service functions are integrated into the industrial robot digital twin system to increase the user’s experience;The third is to design an online unsupervised anomaly detection method for industrial robots,which realizes the anomaly detection function of industrial robots. |
