Wireless sensor networks are widely used in civil and military fields because of their strong self-organizing ability, wide coverage and high fault tolerance.Wireless sensor node localization is the key technology of location inference in wireless sensor networks, which can provide technical support for target localization in environmental monitoring, intelligent factory, military defense and other fields. The existing methods usually traverse the localization region by adjusting the location of anchors(wireless sensor nodes with known geographical location)or deploy a large number of anchors in the localization region to realize the geographical localization of wireless sensor nodes. However, due to the long traversal path of anchors and the selection of anchors easily affected by the environment and other factors, the existing localization methods of wireless sensor nodes have high energy consumption and low localization precision, which is difficult to meet the needs of practical applications. Therefore, this thesis carries out research on wireless sensor node localization based on anchor and puts forward two wireless sensor node localization methods focusing on reducing energy consumption and improving localization precision. The main work and innovative points are as follows:1.This thesis introduces the research background and significance of wireless sensor node localization technology, summarizes the research status of wireless sensor node localization technology at home and abroad from two aspects of the path planning and selection of anchors, and the existing wireless sensor node localization algorithms, points out the main problems existing in the existing research, and gives the structural arrangement of this thesis.2.The existing methods use anchors to traverse the localization region, which faces the problems of long moving path and high energy consumption. Therefore,a wireless sensor node localization method based on anchor and node distribution density is proposed.Firstly, the proposed method divides the localization region into several small regions according to the node distribution density.Secondly, the shortest path algorithm and genetic algorithm are used to calculate the shortest path of the inter-region and intra-region.Finally,the anchor traverses according to the planned path and assists the unknown nodes to locate.Compared with the existing four classical methods LMAT,MAALRH,H-Curves and M-Curves in terms of path length, energy consumption, localization precision and localization success ratio,a series of experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively reduce the path length and energy consumption of anchor by 8.56-30.66%,4.26-28.59%,respectively,while maintaining high localization precision and localization success ratio.3.The existing methods deploy anchors in large quantities, the selection of anchors and the signal strength received by anchors are easily affected by the environment, resulting in low localization precision. Therefore,a wireless sensor node localization method based on anchors and weighted distance strategy is proposed. In this method, firstly, the relationship model between the RSS and distance is constructed for the indoor environment where the target node exists. Then, the dichotomy is used to narrow the localization region.Next, the weighted distance strategy is used to select the anchors with strong and stable received signal strength(RSS).Finally, the intersection region of the anchors is taken as the region where the target node is located, and the hybrid PSOGWO is used to locate and optimize the target node location.A series of experimental results show that the proposed method can maintain high stability in localization results in both Line of Sight(LOS)and Not-Line of Sight(NLOS)environments, and 90%of the localization errors are less than 0.9012m.Compared with the existing methods PSO,GWO and EWCL,the proposed method can reduce the average localization error by 28.2%~49.0%.4.A wireless sensor node localization system based on anchors is developed. The system mainly includes a data acquisition and processing module,an anchor selection module, and a wireless sensor node localization module.Firstly, the system deploys anchors in the localization region. The anchors can detect the RSS of the wireless sensor node and upload the RSS to the server. Then, the server uses a Gaussian filtering algorithm to process the RSS and uses a weighted distance strategy to select anchors with strong and stable RSS.Finally, the system adopts the localization method to locate the wireless sensor node. The system is tested in both LOS and NLOS environments. The results show that the system can locate wireless sensor nodes in both LOS and NLOS environments, and the average localization error is 0.8959 m.Finally, this dissertation is summarized, and some problems that need further study are pointed out.
