| With the rapid development of network information technology and the formulation and implementation of national policies such as "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the upsurge of Internet entrepreneurship is more vigorous and turbulent.According to the resource-based theory,the acquisition of key entrepreneurial resources is an important prerequisite for enterprises to firmly seize the survival opportunities and quickly seize the market heights.On the other hand,it should also be noted that new technologies and markets based on the Internet are emerging one after another,and the uncertainty and unpredictability of the business environment faced by entrepreneurs are increasing rapidly.Therefore,how to effectively obtain entrepreneurial resources to survive and develop in the competitive entrepreneurial environment is a major problem that needs to be solved.In order to solve this problem,this paper found that in the Internet in the field of entrepreneurship,Internet development not only brought new business opportunities for entrepreneurs,more can gave birth to a variety of low cost,and effectively promote entrepreneurship performance improvement "virtual resources",its influence scope and degree of breakthrough in the position of geographic space constraints,and have great commercial value and significance.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to discuss the types and acquisition methods of virtual resources needed by entrepreneurs.Based on the important phenomenon that the Internet environment breeds virtual resources,from the perspective of information interaction,this paper defines the interaction behavior from the three dimensions of entrepreneurs,entrepreneurs and supporters,and supporters respectively as "relational interaction","co-creation interaction" and "word-of-mouth interaction".It identifies the relational resources,knowledge resources and word-of-mouth resources that entrepreneurs can obtain from them,and captures the crowdfunding platform data to conduct empirical analysis on the impact,heterogeneity and transmission mechanism of multidimensional interaction,virtual resources and entrepreneurial performance.The results show that the virtual resources generated by three different dimensions of information interaction have positive effects on entrepreneurial performance.For investment and social entrepreneurship projects,the role of knowledge resources is very obvious,and more attention should be paid to the co-creation interaction between entrepreneurs and supporters.In creative projects,three kinds of virtual resources all play an important role,so the multi-dimensional interaction between subjects is indispensable.This paper also finds that,compared with relationship resources and word-of-mouth resources,knowledge resources generated by co-creation interaction play the most universal role,which is also a clear embodiment of the"collective intelligence"of Internet entrepreneurship environment.In order to improve entrepreneurial performance,Internet platforms should strive to create a free and credible interactive communication environment,and entrepreneurs can choose the optimal interactive strategy according to the key virtual resources they need.Based on existing research and the reality,this paper analyzes the Internet startup of the three types of key virtual resources,and based on the information interaction perspective,explores the key in the field of Internet entrepreneurs entrepreneurship resources from the three dimensions of entrepreneurs,entrepreneurs and supporters,and supporters,and put forward the corresponding strategy of interactive.It supplements relevant research on the impact of individual interaction on entrepreneurial performance,enriches resource-based theory from the perspective of interaction,expands its application boundary in Internet context. |
