Electrical capacitance tomography(ECT)is a kind of process tomography technology,which can realize the visual detection of multiphase flow.The technology has developed rapidly due to its fast response speed,simple structure,high safety and no radiation.Image reconstruction of electrical capacitance tomography has always been an important issue for scholars.However,the nonlinear and soft-field characteristics of ECT systems generally lead to low quality of reconstructed images,which restricts the wide application of ECT technology in multiphase flow detection.This paper focuses on the image reconstruction of electrical capacitance tomography,and applies the simulated annealing algorithm to the image reconstruction of ECT.The main work and results are as follows:1、 The image reconstruction algorithm of electrical capacitance tomography based on simulated annealing(SA)algorithm is studied.The SA algorithm is one of the optimization algorithms.In this paper,it is applied to the image reconstruction of electrical capacitance tomography,and the influence of the selection of parameters in the simulated annealing algorithm on the image reconstruction of ECT is studied.Based on the orthogonal experimental design method,the optimal parameters combination of the SA algorithm are obtained.On this basis,simulation and static experiments are set up to verify the effectiveness of the SA algorithm through experiments.2、 An image reconstruction algorithm of electrical capacitance tomography based on adaptive simulated annealing(ASA)algorithm is studied.The calculation process of the standard SA algorithm is cumbersome and the reconstruction process is slow.Based on the in-depth study of the parameter adjustment problem of the SA algorithm,a new image reconstruction algorithm is proposed in this paper,which called adaptive simulated annealing algorithm.The algorithm improves the three components of the SA algorithm:new solution generation strategy,energy function,annealing strategy.Simulation and static experiments are set up to verify the effectiveness.It is verified by experiments that the ASA algorithm can significantly improve the imaging quality of the simulated distribution studied.3、 An image reconstruction algorithm of electrical capacitance tomography based on adaptive simulated annealing and levenberg marquardt joint inversion(ASA-LM)algorithm is studied.A new ASA-LM image reconstruction algorithm is proposed in this paper.Separate capacitance values are processed by savitzky-golay(SG)filtering to reduce the signal-to-noise ratio of the data.The algorithm combined with the global search ability of the ASA algorithm and the local search ability of the LM algorithm.The simulation and static experiments are set up,which show that the reconstructed images by the ASA-LM algorithm are with high accuracy and fast imaging speed,and the quality of the reconstructed images is significantly improved.
