| As an important new strategic industry,software and information technology service industry plays an important role in Chinese economic development.In recent years,with the development of digital economy,the software and information technology service industry has been developing well,the industrial scale has expanded rapidly,the industrial model is healthy,and the agglomeration situation is obvious.By studying and discussing the industrial characteristics of software and information technology service industry,exploring the correlation between software and information technology service industry and different industries and the correlation characteristics of its own development,it is of great practical significance for the future high-quality development of the industry and the formulation of scientific and targeted policies.According to the two input-output tables issued by the state in 2012 and 2017,149 departments are integrated into 25 departments by using the input-output method,the distribution coefficient and consumption coefficient are calculated,and the industrial correlation effect between the software industry and the computer service industry is analyzed intermediate demand rate and other related parameters.The analysis shows that the software and information technology service industry is closely related to other industries,and the equipment and equipment manufacturing industry,the financial industry and themselves are the most closely related.In the process of development,there is a weak connection with the primary industry and some secondary industries,and they are faced with the phenomenon of disconnection.Moreover,the export competitiveness of products is insufficient,and the market consumption capacity is limited.With the development of the industry,the backward linkage between the software and information technology service industry and other industrial sectors has changed,which has significantly promoted the role of other industries.The software and information technology service industry belongs to the final demand industry,providing intermediate products to other departments.At present,the industry has high added value and strong profitability,which has a tendency to transform into demand based basic industries.In addition,the analysis of industrial spillover effect shows that the sensitivity coefficient of software and information technology service industry has increased significantly,reaching an average level in 2017;The influence coefficient has gradually decreased,and it has dropped below the average level in 2017.In addition,this document lists data from the Statistical Yearbook of China’s Electronic Information Industry from 2013 to 2020 to study the spatial correlation of software and it services.The Moran Global Index shows that the spatial importance of software development and information technology services is increasing every year.The Moran scatter chart shows that the development of industries in different provinces is clustered,which can be divided into four types,and there is a certain development gap between different types of provinces.The gravity model is improved to establish a spatial correlation network.The results show that the software and information technology service industries in various provinces have spatial correlation,and the correlation intensity needs to be enhanced.The overall characteristics of the model are "core edge",and the development of this industry in various provinces is unbalanced.The 31 regions can be divided into four plates.The position and division of labor of plates in the network are different.Between plates,there are flows of elements and resources of plates themselves.QAP analysis shows that geographic distance,economic strength difference,R&D investment difference,number of employees difference and business scale difference have an impact on the generation of spatial association network,among which the impact coefficient of geographic distance,industrial R&D investment difference is positive,and the impact coefficient of other factors is negative.Finally,this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions from three aspects: industrial optimization,resource investment and overall arrangement. |
